"Hello? Is this the way to wake me up now?" I rub my  still tired eyes

"Akoni I need you to come and watch Shay, I need to go handle something and she's not feeling good"

"Ok I'll be there shortly, your lucky i love you both little ugly"

Getting up taking a quick shower, dressing and grabbing some fruit I'm out the door. I don't bother telling Kayo I'm leaving. I should have kicked him since he wants to sleep on my floor and shit. We are not to far from there house it's just ducked off real good. You won't find the place unless you know where it's at. I don't know how my grandma found this land. I pull up and Young is at the door waiting.

He gives me a hug before saying he will be back. The girls are out back in the pool. It brings a smile from the happiness I see in there eyes. Some wave when they notice me. I walk to where Shay is she's sitting Indian style in the middle of her bed eating frosted flakes.

"You good baby?"

"Yeah my stomach keeps cramping then stopping. Every time I try to pay down I end up sitting back up from the pain"

"How long have you been like this?"

"Since yesterday,I called the doctor but she said it's probably from the medicine she gave me"

I pull it a big bag of tree

"Owwww let me hit it"

"Nope everytime I let you smoke you get horny and shit wanting to fuck off with my brother"

"Fucking blocker, just let me hit it a few times. Maybe it will make my stomach stop hurting"

She claps smiling big

Passing it to her after I roll it up.

Grabbing my ringing phone, I roll my eyes when I see it's Young

"Yes brother"

"What y'all doing?"

"Becoming Chinese people what you doing"

"Tell Shay that's some bull shit, I tried to get her to smoke last night and she fucking bucked."

I start laughing

"Nigga you just wanted some pussy"

"You dam right, but I was just checking up on y'all. I'll see y'all later"

"Ok"

We end eating laughing for no reason then going to sleep.

I throw the pillow over my face feeling Shay keep getting in and out of the bed.

"What are you doing?"

"I keep feeling like I need to pee but when I sit down it's nothing"

"Girl lay your ass down and go to sleep"

I fall back to sleep but wake up to Shay screaming and crying. I jump up running to the bathroom.

"What's wrong"

"It hurts so bad Koni!"

She's sitting on the bath tub rocking back and forth. I grab my phone calling the ambulance.

"What the fuck is that? What the fuck is coming out of me?"

Blood begins to pour down her leg. Her breathing is coming fast. I don't know what to do. She stands up hitting the wall. I grab her, she latches on me.

"Shhh its ok hit me I don't want to scare the girls"

I've never seen her in so much pain

"Please make it stop! Call the ambulance please Akoni, it hurts so bad"
