As ships abandon harbor
Upon the dissipating snow
His trembling head starts sinking
Caught in the slick undertow

Monsoons riddle the cumulonimbus
Yet the boats never cease
Onward to destruction
Fatality by sea

Salt infused fluid with which
His exhausted lungs expand
As he can't seem to recall
The shore nor sand

He is but another ship
Set on the path to annihilation
In a single vast navy
Impending doom their only obligation
