To the ones who ever got to say goodbye, take pride in why you did say or what you did do. Take pride in the unsaid things that didn't require speech. Take pride in the assurance they knew what you felt because they knew you.
To the ones who never said hello, it's a missed opportunity but it's not the end. Take what you've learned and stop being afraid to form emotional connections. Forget the shaking fingers and sweaty palms and just open your mouth. You'll be surprised what falls out.
And finally to the ones who never noticed, it's okay. It's not your fault. But remember, they were not the only one. Look around and you'll see a million others just like them. Don't be invisible by keeping them invisible. All it takes is a single step. Just move.
