Hi everyoneeeee! How are you all doing? Well I hope you're all doing great:)

So as you all know, my best friend Dream_Catcher02 and I are writing this story. We decided to try it out and see if it works. I'm Lukeysgirl03, and I will be writing for Grace Thompson. We're going to try to alternate chapters as much as we can, but sometimes the chapters are fairly long so we'll split it into two.

Don't forget to vote and comment if you're enjoying the story. Please note that neither of us are professional authors or anything, so we will make mistakes. Comments with no "rude-ness" and mean comments will be appreciated. Thank you so much for reading, and be sure to check out our individual accounts as well.

Grace's POV

"Yes, of course I'll marry you!" I exclaimed as Ansel Elgort placed the engagement ring on my finger and wrapped me in a bear hug.

"I love you," We told each other at the same time

BEEP BEEP BEEP! My alarm screamed, causing me to jerk awake.

"Stupid alarms," I mumbled to myself as I got out of bed. I looked at my clock to see that it was 6:30 in the morning. I always wake up this early, but I make up for it by going to bed at a decent time..

I made my bed like I do every morning and headed into my walk-in closet to pick out my outfit. I settled on chiffon, short sleeved button-up top tucked into a pair of light washed high-waisted denim shorts. I picked a pair of woven flats to keep the look casual, and laid my outfit on my bed. I then went and straightened up my room so I wouldn't have to clean it later. My room was always clean; I hated it messy.

After I finished, I walked into the bathroom, took off my pajamas and jumped in the shower.

'I need to set some goals so I can stay focused,' I thought to myself as I wet my hair to wash it. It was only the second week of the year and I was already stressed. Teachers for some reason always find the need to give us loads of homework, Lord knows why. I mean, I always did my homework ahead of time, but it was still really stressful. I was known around school for being an "overachiever", but it's better than being called a slut, right?

'Stay focused on work, don't get distracted by drama or boys, and be confident,' I thought, satisfied with what I'd come up with as I washed the conditioner out of my hair. Hopping out of the shower moments later, I grabbed my big fluffy towel and dried myself off. I threw on my underwear and bra and wrapped my hair in my towel to get the rest of the water out.

I walked out of the bathroom and sat down at my desk to do my makeup. I grabbed my M.A.C. foundation and powder and put them on my face so that they were natural. I then took a light tope color, placing it in my crease for some definition, and finished it off with thin eyeliner and mascara.

I hopped out of my chair and changed into my clothes, taking my hair out of the towel and blow drying it. I finished my hair by putting it in a messy-but-classy bun at the back of my head and pulling out a few pieces to frame my face.

I took a look in the mirror and decided to head downstairs to eat breakfast, where I saw the rest of my family sitting at the table.

I have two other siblings, John and Noel. John was the first-string wide receiver on the varsity football team, even though he's just a sophomore. Noel was already out of high school and in college at the university with a full-ride academic scholarship. She's a freshman right now.

"Morning Daddy, morning Mom," I told my parents with a kiss on the cheek and a hug.

"Morning sweetheart. Ready to take on the day?" Daddy asked me as I walked to get my breakfast, made by Mom, like she did every morning.

"Yup! I have a test in science today, but I've been studying ever since I found out about it last week," I told my parents. I looked at my siblings to see that John and Noel haven't even looked up from their phones.

"That's great to hear. We're so proud of you, you know that?" My mom said, pulling me in for a hug.

"Yes, I know," I laughed.

"Now, remember, if you hear a rumor, tell the person to stop. Be a good Christian example," Daddy told me.

"Of course, why would I do otherwise?" I giggled. "You don't have to worry about me."

"Oh, but I do, sweetheart. It's my job," Daddy laughed. "Well, I should probably head out to work. I'll see you guys when I get back tonight," he said as he gave my mom a kiss.

"Bye, honey. Call me at lunch, okay?" My mom gave him a smile.

"Definitely. Bye!" he waved. My dad was the head pastor of the local church in our town. He's worked there for twenty years, and therefore earned me, John and Noel the nickname, 'pastor's kids'. I didn't really mind though. Like I said, it's better than being called a slut. I pulled out my phone to check the time, and saw it was already 7:45.

"Oh, goodness, it's 7:45! Kate will be here any minute!" I exclaimed, jumping up from the table and sprinting upstairs to grab my backpack just as I heard a horn honk from out front of the house. I poked my head out my window and help up a "one more minute" sign to Kate and sprinted downstairs.

"Bye Mom, bye Noel and John! I love you!" I yelled as I ran out the front door, shutting it behind me. Almost late on only the second week of school would not do for me.
