Chapter 9

I can't fucking sleep. Shit! Hindi ko na mabilang kung naka-ilang ikot ako sa kama dahil hindi ako makatulog.

At dahil kahit paanong gawin ko ay hindi ako dapuan ng antok. Bumangon ako at bumaba ng kusina. Magtititmpla ako ng gatas. Baka sakaling antukin na ako pagka-inom non.

Nasa kusina ako at umiinom na ng gatas ng maisipan kong mag fb at tingnan kung may gising pa ba sa mga kaibigan ko. Its 11:30 pm. Malamang karamihan sakanila ay namamahinga na pero nagbakasakali parin ako. Binuksan ko ang GC namin. Nakita kong in-add roon si Jared, Vince at Axel pero hindi ko ito pinansin at nagchat nalang roon.

Rafi Dela Vega: "Is anyone up? 'Can't sleep."

Hindi na ako umasang magrereply kahit na ipinapanalangin ko na sana ay gising pa si Julia o kaya'y si Jasmine man lang.

Ilang minuto makalipas ang chat ko ay wala paring nagrereply kaya naman naisipan kong mag scroll nalang sa news feed ko. Nakita ko ang ilang post nila Jasmine, Stacey at Julia na naka-Tag sa akin.

My amber cat eyes widened in shocked as I saw Zky's post. Its a status. Ang isa'y noong araw na nagdikit ako ng note sa desk nya at ang isa naman ay kaninang mga alas 8 lang.

My heart instantly beats frantically. It was never calm around Zky though. It is always ten times faster when Zky is around or whenever Zky is involve.

Ngumuso ako. Bakit nya alam? I thought he will not notice it and yet I feel like I'm a fool dahil akala ko ay hindi nya ito malalaman.

Iyan naman ang isang post ni Zky kaninang alas otso at nakita kong nagsipagcomment doon sina Julia at ang ibang kasali pa sa nasabing #HSSquad.
Instead of typing a comment I reacted ❤ to his post.

I walked back to my room. At plano kong lumabas nang veranda ng kwarto ko para doon magpahangin dahil sigurado akong hindi parin talaga ako makakatulog.

Pagkarating ko ron ay naupo ako at tumingin muli sa cellphone. I played my playlist on spotify because I know music will help me feel at eased and relaxed.

Bigla namang pumasok sa isip ko si Zky. I know I like him. I really like him a lot. Big time. But I also know I'm too young for that. We are both too young to be inlove. Pero anong magagawa ko? Gusto ko na sya. Kaso natatakot akong subukan, dahil bago sakin lahat ng nararamdaman ko ngayon but kahit na may takot sa puso ko at alam kong iniisip kong bata pa ako, kapag sinabi nyang subukan namin... Alam ko sa sarili kong papayag ako. Papayag akong subukan at pagbigyan ang gusto naming dalawa.

I went inside my room with my phone. Nilalamig na ako kaya naman nagpasya na kong mahiga nalang ng biglang huminto ang tugtog at nagvibrate ito.

Zky Muller calling. . .

His timing is always perfect kapag tatawag sya. I swipe my phone to answer his call.

"Zky." I wisphered his name as I put my phone above my ear.

"Why are you still up?" He sleepily asks me. Actually its more like he's mad that I am not yet sleeping.

"I 'can't sleep." I reasoned out. At ngumuso ako na para bang nakikita nya.

"Why? Are you thinking about something? God, Rafi! You should be sleeping right now. Its already 1:00 am" Zky scolded me like I am his daughter who disobeys him.

"I'm hungry." I said sounded like a child who wants to buy something.

"You're ignoring what I am saying. Are you listening to me Rafi! You're making me pissed." Zky said frustated and with a hint of annoyance in his voice.

"Sorry." I answered and pouted.

"Try me Rafi. What can I do to make you sleep huh? You hard headed bratinela." Zky sarcastically said.

A small smile formed my lips. Zky is capable of being sarcastic huh! This cold human being is being sarcastic to me everyone!

"Zky, I'm hungry. What will you do about it?" I smirk. I challenge him. Let's see Zky. Lets see how far you can go.

"Don't dare me Rafi." He said, his voice is firm.

I chuckled a bit. God, why is he so serious?!

"Oh. Am I daring you?" I asks him still maintain the challenging voice.

"Oh don't laugh at me Rafi. Give me your address. I'm done with your teasing." He said in a low voice like he is annoyed and is pissed about something.

I rolled my eyes as if he is seeing me right now.

"What if I don't?" I said still trying to test Zky's patience.

"Then I will find you. I will always find you no matter where you are." He fired back that made my jaw dropped.

Shit! The sleeping butterflies in my stomach awakened and gone wild as well as my heart who  beats intensely after hearing what Zky just told me.
