Chapter 53

"I miss you, my Saffi." He said while intently looking at me. I blushed and look down but he holds my chin up to make me look at him.

He kissed me softly after few seconds of staring at my face and I felt him smile against my lips.

"Gusto kitang i-uwi, alam mo ba yon?" he chuckled when I looked at him with wide open eyes.

"But I won't do that until you agree to be my wife first, don't you want that?" he teased and put his face on my small shoulder.

I look straight into his eyes and smirk. "How come you're asking me to be your wife when I am not your girlfriend in the first place huh?"

He pulled me closer that made me arc my back at him. My mouth hung open, my words are stuck inside and I can't voice out.

He grinned at my reaction and lean a bit closing the distance between our face. Bahagya syang yumuko dahil kahit na naka-heels ako ay maliit parin ako kapag sya ang katabi ko. I felt his hot breath on my cheek near my ear. "Don't you remember baby? I said you're mine and will always be mine." He whispered that sent shivers to my spine, bakit biglang uminit?

I bravely look up at naghahamon syang tinignan. "I was never yours, Muller."

My words seem to trigger him and I know by the way he look at me now that he's angry and he is ready to hurt me for saying such thing that he doesn't like. His perfectly angled jaw clenched and his cold grey eyes darted on me. I remained poker face kahit na nanginginig na ang tuhod ko sa mga klase ng titig na binibigay nya sakin at kahit na lalong dumoble ang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko. Why does he look more handsome when he's angry like this! Oh God Rafi, stop thinking about those things!

Marahas nya akong hinila papalapit sa kanya, leaving no space between us. Our nose touched. I know I should pushed him away right at this moment pero lalo akong nanghina ng maamoy ko ang mabangong hininga nya. It smells like mint mixed with alcohol that he drank a while ago.

He claimed my lips like giving all his anger to the kissed and I gasped by the way he kiss me. It's rough yet caring na para bang ayaw nyang saktan ang mga labi ko. Pinutol nya ang halik at hinabol ko ang labi nya para magpatuloy. He chuckled at my reaction like he won on something but I ignored it.

He kissed me again, this time passionately and his territorial tongue delved inside my mouth deepening our kiss. We stop when we both need to breathe.

"You're mine Serafina. The way you kissed me and the way let me kiss you says that you are all mine. And don't you deny it baby, I felt it." He whispered huskily after the kissed and let go of me.

Kamuntikan pa akong matumba dahil sa gulat at panghihina but I manage to stand in front of him.

He gesture me to go to our table and I saw everyone on my circle of friends looking at us shockingly. Did they saw us kissed? Damn. Julia and her teasing eyes confirmed my intuition. They all saw us kissing!

Agad akong tumalikod kay ZKy at nagmamadaling naglakad papunta kina Julia.

Before I can walk away to him I heard him chuckled. "Damn baby, don't worry I'm yours too. All yours." I heard him say kaya mas lalo kong naramdaman ang paginit ng pisngi ko. Here we go again Rafi, I thought your though now? What happened? Para nanaman akong teenager na kinikilig, pucha!

I saw him walk on the stage confidently as I sit beside Julia. "Akala ko si Cloud ang date mo girl, anyare?" she asked teasingly pagka-upong pagkaupo ko palang sa tabi niya.

Where is Cloud by the way? Bigla nalang din syang nawala after we greet Talia a happy birthday.

"Stop it, Juls." I said firmly as I stared at Zky fixing his guitar.

"I knew it! My ship is sailing guys let's celebrate! We just saw the two of them kissed!" Ate Aijenn started teasing me too at mas lalo naman akong namula.

"Muling ibalik!" Nakisali naman si Vince sa pang-aasar.

"Kayo na lang ulit!" Chloe shrieked.

"Good evening guys!" They are interrupted by Zky's voice on the microphone kaya nahinto naman sila sa pang-aasar sakin.

"We'll sing for you tonight. Happy Birthday Talia!" he added.

I saw him flawlessly strum his black guitar and they started playing.

I fished my phone out of my pouch and look at it.

Sorry Architect, something came up can't drop you off to your condo.

Napakunot naman ang nook o sa nabasa but I did reply him it's okay and take care. Nilipat ko ang tingin sa stage kung saan nandoon si Zky at tumtutugtog kasam ng banda nya.

Oh shit. Are we friend or are we more? Really Zky? Sinasadya mo ba yung kanta nayan ha? We are like that, I don't know where I stand in your life. Am I your girl or am I just your friend?

"You didn't ask him to stay bes and you walk away." Julia whispered beside me making me feel more guilty about what happen to us.

"Magka-iba yon Julia. I had to leave to set him free, or so I thought" I answered at biglang naalala nanaman ang nasaksihan ko kanina. Am I wrong for believing Farrah and leaving Zky hanging without even giving him a chance to explain? Yeah I know, I know that's what I regret for years. I regret not asking him about it or not asking an explanationto everything.

"The only difference is that, you lose seven years of you being together with him for choosing to walk away." She said as a matter of fact kaya naman mas lalong nadagdagan ang kirot sa puso ko. Yeah right I lose time kung mali nga ang lahat ng iniisip ko noon, sinayang ko nga yung panahon na magkasama sana kami at masaya.

Isa lang ang sigurado ko ngayon, if he ask me to stay i know i will this time. I want to give it a try. I want to give him a chance that has been long overdue. I want to know everything, I want to know his side and if it don't work out then that's when I'll stop. At least sinubukan ko parin diba? I won't have regrets for nit trying and for just giving up because I tried.
