May 25th

I wake up to an alarm clock going off. Oh yeah, my mom is coming to see me today. I get up and take a shower.

When I get out of the shower I put some makeup on and dry my hair. I still have a towel around me so I drop it, because I live alone finally. I walk out of my bathroom and Toby is on my bed. I scream and his eyes go wide.

"What are you doing in here?" I scream and trying to cover myself.

"Well I came by to see if you wanted some twizlers, then you didn't answer, so I just sort of walked in. You were in the shower and I didn't think you would walk out naked. I don't have a problem with it though."

"Want a twizler?" He asks holding one out.

"No." I say harshly and give up trying to cover myself now.

"Ok I will leave. Want to meet me for dinner again tonight? I had fun last night."

"Fine."

He finally leaves so I get dressed. I put on some leggings, a long sweater, and some of my converse that I got for my birthday last year.

I have about 5 minutes before I'm late, so I walk down to the lobby. I see her walking with my sponsor. Great. Then I notice my sister. This day can not go well. When my sponsor sees me she leaves my mom and sister.

My mom and my sister both give me a hug. My sister, Jade is the perfect child. Jade is a doctor, Jade is married to a rich husband, Jade isn't slutty, Jade has a kid, Jade finished high school and went to college, Jade isn't in rehab for drugs and alcohol, Jade this and Jade that. I hate her.

"You look really good honey." My mom compliments.

"Thanks but I still haven't gained my weight back." I say gesturing to my body.

"How much do you weigh now? Cause didn't it get down to 72?" My sister questions.

Ugh, does she really have to know?

"I weighed last week and it was 89."

"That's better! But you do look really pretty." My mom is just full of compliments today.

"How are you?" Jade acts as if she really cares.

"Fine." I pause, "Actually, no, I'm not. I hate it here I want to leave. Now." I demand.

"Honey we can't do that." My mom says putting her hand on my arm but I back away.

"Why?"

"Because I don't want you to get in trouble again. And your sponsor told me you didn't enroll in any activities. Why?" Way to try and change the subject mom.

"I don't want to."

"Well, I signed you up for yoga." Mom sounds excited about it.

"I'm going to go eat. Bye." I say with no emotion and walk away.

I hear my moms heels coming after me but I make it to the cafeteria before she caught up. I see Toby eating alone. I get some bacon and sit down with him.

"Back already from seeing your mom?" He asks.

"Yes if it was any longer I would have died."

He chuckled then continues eating. I munch on bacon 'till I'm full.

"My sister was there too. All she seemed to care about was my weight."

"That's bitchy."

"Thank you for agreeing with me." I give him a smirk. "My mom signed me up for yoga in the morning." I groan.

"Yoga? Who the fuck would do yoga." He says getting up to throw our trash away.

"I need to take a shower. I will see you tonight."

I smile at him then leave the cafeteria. For he first time I take a left from the cafeteria instead of the right. To the right are stairs and the lobby, and to the left are all the activities you can do. It's almost scary.

A gym, a swimming pool, game room, library, letter room, basketball court, sauna, and a yoga room at the very back. I find the sign up sheet on the wall and cross my name off of it. That was easy enough.

I walk start to walk back to my room. When I pass Toby's room I hear the shower going. I wonder what he would do if I just walked into his room and saw him naked. I'm not going to though, besides we just ate I don't think he wants any twizlers.

I sit on my bed then I hear a knock at my door. I open the door. Nobody is here, then I see a note. It says "wear athletic clothes."

I go over to my baskets of clothing and pull out some shorts. I have to fold them around my waist, which makes them really short. I grab a t-shirt out of my closet.

I need music. I turn on my radio and Ed Sharon is on. He is so good. I end up putting in my Ed Sharon cd and listen to whole who thing. I look at the clock and it's 5:30. I should put my hair up.

I just throw my hair into a messy bun and sit and stare at the ceiling, waiting on Toby to come knock on my door. While I listen to "Runaway" by Ed Sharon, and stare at the ceiling, I have stared at this ceiling so many times. I make pictures out of the dried paint in the walls.

Then I hear Toby knocking. I grab my Nike shoes and answer the door. He is in basketball shorts a t-shirt and has a blue sweatband on around his head. It actually looks goofy but I think it's cute.

"Are you going to tell me what we are doing?" I ask then smile at him.

"Yes we are going to the gym. Like my sweatband?" He teases.

"Lovely." I answer sarcastically.

"Good because I brought you one." He reaches in his pocket and pulls out a blue sweat band.

"Awe really you shouldn't have." I joke and put it on.

When we enter the gym it's huge. Also, it's empty. There are mirrors everywhere too. We look ridiculous with these things on our heads.
