High Off Love

Chapter 6

August 21st

Am I capable of loving him? Does he love me? Love, is a word I have never been good with. I've been good with other things that are good and bad for the human heart, but love has never been something I have felt for a man.

I need to get out of here, but Toby is someone I will stay for. Love is something I will stay for, but if the someone and the something will come with me I will get out of here. Speaking of the one I love there is yelling I hear from his room. I press my ear up to his door, but I can't make out the words.

I walk over to his room and hear the words, "Fuck, I love her. I don't know how I could let it happen but it did. The deal is over." The words sounded as his voice.

My sponsor comes stomping out of his room. Toby sees me. He doesn't know what I heard, he can just see confusion on my face. No questions are running through my mind, just that he said he loves me. No guy has ever loved me.

"I love you." I say standing outside of his room almost as a whisper.

They only reason I know he heard me is because now I am naked in his bed and so is he.

"I'm leaving tomorrow, you can come with me either way I'm leaving." I blurt knowing he will come with me.

"I will have to pack tonight." He smiles.

I smile too and give him a kiss on the cheek. I get up to get dressed. As I pull on my black lace panties I feel his eyes on me. His eyes are so blue they almost shine.

I go to my room to pack. That's what I do pack, and pack, and pack.

I see light, the dark tunnel I have been walking in is finally coming to an end. Thanks to him.
