Jacob's pov
The others gather in their wolf form communicating through their thoughts.
"Jake! Jake! Jake! Jake! Jake! Jake!" All the wolves say surrounding me as I make it to the beach.
"Is it true, Jacob?" Paul asks
"What will it be?" Quil asks
"It's growing fast." Paul grumbled angrily
"It's unnatural." Leah exclaimed
"Dangerous." Jared said
"Monstrosity." Quil said
"An abomination." Paul said
"On ourland." Quil said
"We can't allow it." Jared said
"We can't allow it." All the wolves echoed
"We have to protect the tribe. What they've bred won't be able to control its thirst. Every human will be in danger." Sam said
"We're ready." Jared said
"No time to waste." Leah said
"Now?" I asked
"We must destroy it before it's born." Sam said
"You mean, kill Bella?" Seth asked
"Her choice affects us all." Sam said
"Bella's human. Our protection applies to her." I growled
"She's dying anyway!" Leah yelled causing me to attack Leah and us to start fighting. Sam stops Leah and I from fighting.
"We have real enemies to fight tonight." Sam said
"Tonight?" I asked
"You will fight with us, Jake." Sam said using his alpha voice making Seth bow down
"I will not. I am the grandson of Ephraim Black. I am the grandson of a chief! I wasn't born to follow you, or anyone else." I said After I leave the wolf pack I turn back to my human form and start walking to the cullens, turning back to make sure no one was following me
"Don't worry. They're not following us." Seth said following me.
"What do you think you're doing here?' I asked Seth
"I left Sam's pack." He said
"Go home, Seth." I said
"I won't stand behind him" Seth said
"Oh, yes, you will. I'm not kidding. Get out of here." I said
"ls that an order? Gonna make me bow down, too?" Seth asked
"I'm not ordering anyone. Look, I'm just going off on my own here, okay?" I said
"Great, and I've got your back." Seth chimed in.
"No, you don't. If Sam comes after Bella, are you really ready to fight your own brothers? Your sister?" I asked
"If it's the right thing to do." Seth said
"Whatever. I'm gonna go give the Cullens a heads-up. Do what you want." I said and leaves and Seth follows me.
"How cool is this? Two-man pack. Two against the world." Seth said as we walked.
"You're getting on my nerves, Seth." I mumbled
"I'll shut up. Can do." Seth said I approach Edward outside the Cullen house.
"Get ready. They're coming for Bella." I said
"They're not gonna touch her." Edward said
"Agreed." I said as Leah and Seth approach.
