Almost like back then (JJK fanfic)

Chapter 1

Ugh...another monday, i thought to myself while turning off that damned alarm clock that annoyed me so much that i wanted to destroy it. Why don't you do it then, you ask? Here's why. Because he gave it to me as a birthday gift a couple of years ago. On my 12th birthday.

Back then I thought that me and him will be best friends forever, maybe will even get married in the end. But nope, so much has changed in this time. Actually, just in the last 6 months. He doesn't even talk to me. Pretends I don't exist. You might ask: who is HE? Here's who. Jungkook. Jeon Jungkook. Lately I'm alone. One of my brothers lives abroad, but the other one recently moved to an apartment near me. And my mom and dad live in a different city. 

Anyways, here's more about me. My name is Choi Min Lee, I'm 16 and a half years old. I study and live in Seoul, Korea and I go to Korean International school, am currently in 10th year. I'm very smart. The smartest one in my class, at least according to my grades. And I'm not even that ugly. I like to think that I'm very beautiful. I have two brothers. Choi Min Ho and Choi Min Seok. Minho lives close to me so he picks me up on his way to work and takes me to school as well as picks me up every day.

Anyways, back to the story. I get up from the bed, take a shower and eat my breakfast and after that I put on my school uniform and continue getting ready for school.

(Let 's pretend that in the picture it's Min Lee with her brothers on one side and her best friends on the other one. And the picture was taken in the beginning of the school year, to make her happy, her brothers put on their old uniforms and they all took the picture together.)

It was October so we didn't have to dress very warm yet. I grabbed my backpack and went to school because I felt like walking today. I entered the school and on my way to class my best friends joined me. (For context, their names are Lee Hong Bin and Lee Hyun Woo.)

Hong Bin yelled out:"Why were you coming for so long? Hyun Woo ate all my breakfast. Even the things I saved for you. Idiot." But Hyun Woo replied immediately:"You're the idiot. You were eating the food right in front of me. It's on you. Can you imagine, Min Lee? He was eating the hotdog right in front of me. He knows I love hotdogs." I just smiled and said back:"Both of you are idiots. Let's just go to the classroom. I don' t wanna be late to lessons." 

(To make it easier, I'll call Hong Bin HB and Hyun Woo as HW for now.)

HB rolled his eyes and replied:"Like always. God, you're such a nerd. Aren't you tired of it?" Min Lee smiled again and said:"No, it's interesting actually. I'd suggest you try it too, couldn't hurt you to try." Both HB and HW looked at each other and bursted out in laughter. "Joke of the year, Min Lee. Don't be ridiculous. Can you even imagine it? Me and Hong Bin as nerds," HW asked. Min Lee just  nodded and smiled again. But then my smile disappeared. Because I was something I really didn't want to see - I saw Him. Or more like, i saw THEM.
