Chapter 18

Everyone looks at me and I say:"So what? It's not a big deal." Taehyung leaves Jungkook's side and walks up to me. "I hope you rejected him, right, baby?" I sigh and say:"I said I'll think about it and that I have to go." He seems surprised but doesn't say anything . I squat down to tie my shoe lace and then get back up and say:"Anyways, I gotta go talk to my sister."

I pull out my phone and want to start calling but then Taehyung asks:"I didn't know you had a sister?" I look at him and already want to explain but Jungkook does it first:"It's her brother's fiancee. She and Min Lee are very close so Min Lee calls her sister." I look at Jungkook with a mix of disgust and anger in my face and say loudly:"Jeon Jungkook. Just because you know Grace and your family is really close with mine, it does not give you the right to talk about my family and people within it." 

He looks sad for a split second and answers:"I just wanted to help." I roll my eyes, force a fake smile and reply to him:"Well, you can help by not talking to me and pretending like I don't exist like you did for some time. Thanks, I can manage everything myself. Somehow I've dealt with everything without your help, since you abandoned me and ignored my existence."

Suddenly I hear Grace's voice from my phone. "Min Lee, calm down." I raise the phone to my face level and Grace keeps talking in korean:"Sorry, Jungkook, Min Lee is just in a bad mood." I answer:"Yeah, ever since he opened his mouth, I've been in a bad mood." I sigh, then turn to Taehyung and say:"I'm gonna go talk to my sister, okay?" He nods and says:"Of course, baby, we'll wait for you to finish talking, okay?" I nod and start walking away fast from everyone.

***A bit later***

I sit on a big rock on the ground and am still talking with Grace. "So he's really that cute, that instructor," she asks me. I smile and nod and then she keeps talking:"Min Lee. I gotta say something. You were too hard on Jungkook. I know he has hurt you very much but what you said also was painful to him." I say:"I know, but..." Grace interrupts me:"I know, I know. However, it would be better if you apologised to him. He apologised to you, right? I remember you told me that. That he apologised for ignoring you and for everything else."

I try speaking again but she talks again:"Honey, let me finish, please. Did he apologise to you? Yes, he did. Is he trying to make some progress to become friends again? Barely but yes. So it will be completely fair if you apologise as well." I pout and say:"But I don't wanna apologise. He doesn't deserve an apology from me."

She sighs and says quietly:"If you apologise, I will send you photos of my sonogram with baby." I stand up immediately and say:"Yes, I'll do it right now." I start walking towards our cars and Jin asks:"Are you ready to go, Min Lee?" I smile and nod, then ask:"Almost, but where is Jungkook?" Jin points towards the trailer where Jungkook, Lisa, Jimin and Taehyung are all standing. 

I start walking quickly towards them and loudly yell out:"HEY, JEON."  He looks at me and notices me quickly and aggressively walking towards him, so he steps behind Lisa and Jimin. I stop in front of him and he, with fear in his eyes, asks:"Did you come to hit me?" Everyone starts laughing.

Jungkook says:"Hey. In my defence, Min Lee is freakishly strong, it's terrifying." I reply:"First of all, I'm not freakishly strong, you are just a weak pussy." Grace yells out my name in frustration and I sigh unhappily. "Ugh, fine. Jeon, I apologise for being rude and mean before when you were just trying to help me." He looks at me with confusion on his face, then says:"Huh??"

Then he notices Grace still being on facetime with me and asks:"Noona, what did you promise to Min Lee?" I smile widely and shyly reply:"She promised me pictures with baby sonogram." He smiles and says:"I will accept your apology only if you show the pictures to me as well."
