Almost like back then (JJK fanfic)

Chapter 9

"So Min Lee, how are you gonna get home," Jungkook asks. I reply:"Oh Jaehyun is gonna pick me up. He should be here any moment." Jaehyun is my cousin but Jungkook doesn't know that. He knows Jaehyun and he's met him but he doesn't know that we're related. 

I start talking with Jungkook's friend Taehyung and then Lisa's friends Rose, Jennie and Jisoo all come and join us. I introduce myself and start talking with them. But then Jennie notices someone coming our direction and says:"Oh wow, who is he? He is so cute." I look the direction she points and I smile. Of course girls think that guy is cute. 

The guy coming our direction is my cousin Jaehyun. Girls always think he's cute. He notices me and he starts running towards us. He finally reaches me and gives me a strong long hug. "Hi, Min Min. I missed you." I roll my eyes about the nickname, hug him back and say:"I missed you too, Jae jae."

Jennie asks:"You know him?" I nod and say:"Girls, this is Jaehyun." i introduce them all and only then I notice the small girl standing behind Jaehyun. He looks at her and then at me and says:"I need a favour." I nod and then hug the girl and say:"Of course, I'll take her. Hi, Areum. How are you?"

Areum is my cousin as well, she is Jaehyun's younger sister. I sometimes take and babysit her  whenever their family is being visited by someone called Jaemin. Jaemin is Areum and Jaehyun's troubled half-brother from their dad's extramarital affair. And Jaemin, for some unknown reason, doesn't like Areum and sometimes tries to attack her, even though he's only 13 and Areum is 9. And whenever he comes over, he starts arguments, so Areum sometimes stays with me, sometimes with Minho.

"So it looks like a sleepover is happening tonight, Areum? How do you like the sound of that, sweetie?" She screams excitedly and nods. "So I'll pick her up tomorrow, okay? Thank you so much. I gotta go to a shift now. Text me when you get home, okay?" I nod and wave him bye as he leaves.

"Well, sweetie, let's go to the bus so we can get home and start the sleepover." She agrees. I turn to Jungkook and ask:"Are you gonna come with us?" He agrees and then Taehyung gets up and asks:"Can I go with you?" I look at him and he laughs and says:"Don't worry, I'm not a stalker or anything. I just live close to Jungkook so we sometimes go home toghether." I agree and then we start going home. By we I mean the small crowd. Me, Areum, Jungkook, Taehyung, Hong Bin and Hyun Woo. 

We get to the bus stop and soon our bus already arrives. At bus, I sit down with Areum in my lap. Hyun Woo wants to sit down next to me but Taehyung is faster and takes the spot. "Hi there, ladies," he says to both me and Areum, "sorry for taking his spot but I just wanted to sit next to you both." So him and I start talking while he plays with Areum.
