Forgotten But Not Forgotten-Sequel to Ocean

A few months later

A/N: Can you believe it's already been a few months into Lisa's pregnancy? She's 3 months pregnant and we'll finally see if it's a boy or girl. What do you guys think it'll be and please comment some names. Please refrain from putting Ben as one of the names though. This sadly isn't Supernatural enough to include Ben as one of the names. Get creative with the names. Please come up with some girl names as well just in case Lisa has a girl and not a boy. Than you guys and enjoy!

Lisa's POV
It's been a few months now and my body has gone through a lot of changes. My stomach is growing and Cas, Dean, and Jimmy have been taking turns taking me to my doctors appointments. The doctor said that the baby is healthy and growing.

Jimmy and I had finally made up after a month of me being mad at him. Dean is his friend and Cas is warming up to him a bit. Cas hasn't tried to kill him these last couple of months, so that's good.

One of the things that I'm most happy about is the fact that I don't have "morning sickness" anymore. God, that was awful.

Today we're supposed to be finding out if it's going to be a boy or girl and I'm so excited. Sometimes I still can't believe I'm pregnant. It just seems so surreal to me that I'm pregnant. That I have a little human growing inside me. It's so crazy.

The guys are currently in the kitchen and fighting over who's going to take me. It's a Saturday, so no one has work and they all want to take me.

I walk into the kitchen and greet everyone.

"Good morning." I smiled.

"Lisa, who do you want go the appointment with you?" Dean asked.

I look at the guys and they're all giving me puppy dog eyes. Damn their puppy dog eyes.

I think for a minute and then look at Jimmy.

"You can all come with me to the appointment but only Jimmy gets to go in with me to find out if it's a boy or girl." I said.

They all said ok and Jimmy cheered. I gave Jimmy a quick kiss before going up to get ready. It was only 8:30 and my appointment wasn't until 12:30, so we had a lot of time until then.

I look at my stomach in the mirror and small but round. I rub my stomach and smile to myself.

"Aww. It'll all be ok, little baby. I'll take good care of you, I promise." I said to myself.

Then, I start to cry because I can't still can't believe I'm pregnant. I wipe my tears and finish getting ready.

Jess had taken me maternity shopping when I started to get a bit bigger. She had helped me out a lot throughout all this. But, she had to go back to Texas. I miss her and haven't really heard from her in a while. But, it's ok because she's probably just busy. Maybe I'll call her after my appointment.

I sign and go downstairs to eat something. I walk into the kitchen and make myself some oatmeal and add some fruit to it. I add slices of banana, blueberries, blackberries, and just a fair amount of honey. The honey makes it taste so delicious.

I hear someone walk downstairs and enter the kitchen. It's Dean.

"Hey Lisa, what's up?" Dean asks.

"Not much, just making some breakfast. I'm having oatmeal with fruit and honey." I explained.

"Sounds great." He said as he made himself some toast.

He took out the butter, put some in a little bowl, and melted it in the microwave.

"Melted butter is the best kind of butter." Dean smiled and poured it over his toast.

I finished eating my oatmeal and washed off my bowl before putting it in the dishwasher.

I walked into the family room and started watching my favorite show, 'Glee.'

I was on the episode where Quinn tells Finn she's pregnant with his child but it's actually Puck's baby.

P.S: It's on Netflix and it's a really awesome show, so I recommend you  watch it. Ok, now back to the story.

(12:00 p.m)
It's 12:00 and the doctor is a bit further away than everything else, so we have to leave a bit earlier. We pile into Dean's Impala and make our way to the doctors.

{12:20 p.m}
We arrive at the doctors and I sign in before sitting back down.

~10 minutes later~
A nurse comes out and calls my name. Jimmy and I stand up and Cas and Dean fight the urge to get up as well. I chuckle and we make our way towards the nurse.

We follow the nurse into a room, she puts the jelly on my stomach, and puts the ultrasound roller thingy on my stomach.

Jimmy grabs my hand and I look up at him. He looks at me and we smile at each other.

"This is it. We finally find out the gender of our baby." I say and squeeze his hand a bit tighter.

"I know, I can't believe this is actually happening." He said and smiled.

I breathed in and out a few times.

I looked at the nurse and said, "So, what's is it? Is it a boy or a girl?" I asked her.

"Both. When I was taking the ultrasound, I heard 2 heartbeats and saw two babies. You're having twins. I don't know how we didn't catch it first but you're having twins. Congratulations. You're having one boy and one girl." The nurse said.

I looked at Jimmy and he just had a shocked expression.

"I-I don't know what to say." Jimmy said speechlessly.

"Well, thank you for your time." I said before getting up and walking out with Jimmy.

We walked out of the room, speechless. I didn't know what to say. I'm having twins! Oh my god, I'm having twins. Twins!

Cas and Dean see our shocked faces and they immediately stand up and look worried.

"Are you ok? Is the baby ok?" Dean asked.

"Correction-babies." I said, still speechless.

"What?" Cas and Dean said at the same time.

"I'm having twins. A boy and a girl." I explained.

"Woah!" Cas and Dean said at once.

"Let's go home." I said and we all nodded.

We walked out of the doctors, get into the impala, and head home.

Twins! That's so crazy!
