Cas' POV
I woke up to some slapping me hard in the face. I gasped as I woke up and I looked around everywhere.
The lights in the room were on now and I was in an all white room and these 3 men were in the room with me. One was standing in front of me and two of them stood on the sides of the man in front of me.
"Thought you could hide from us forever, huh Castiel?" The man in front of me spoke.
"You know, I gotta hand it to you. You did have a nice disguise for a while. Living low, hanging out with humans. It took us a while to find you but now since we finally got you, I can finally kill you. I've waited so long to do this." He chuckled sinisterly.
"Who are you?" I asked.
Then, I got slapped in the face again.
"Oh, like don't remember. I'm Michael, you know, your brother you tried to kill because I wanted to be God when we had no God." He explained.
"What do you want with me? Let m-" Another hard slap across the face.
Then, the man drew a knife of some sort from underneath his jacket sleeve and smiled sinisterly as he looked at me.
"This is going to give me the greatest pleasure of my life, but don't worry, I'll go slow." He smiled as he got close to my face.
I could feel his hot breath in my face.
"You're breath stinks." I said with a disgusted look.
The man's smile faded into a frown. He took the knife or whatever and stabbed my right in the thigh.
"UGH!" I groaned.
"You just made a huge mistake, buddy." He said.
"1. I'm not your buddy, and 2. I was just being honest. If you can't handle a little honesty, that's your problem." I explain.
He took the knife out of my thigh and slashed me across the chest but he didn't cut deep enough to kill me.
I screamed out in pain and gritted my teeth.
"You son of a bitch!" I yelled through gritted teeth.
Then, I saw the door bust open and a guy that looked like me came rushing in. He drew a knife from his sleeve as well and was ready for kill.
"Let him go, Michael! He has nothing to do with this." The guy shouted at Michael.
"Over my dead body." Michael said with a smirk.
"Fine." The guy said.
Then, Michael turned to me and stabbed me in the heart.
"AH!" I cried out.
"NO!" The guy yelled out.
The guy started fighting off the two guys and killing them. The only two people that were left was him and Michael.
The guy walked up to Michael and stabbed him. Michael was dead.
The guy walked up to me, started cutting the ropes to untie me, and then he started to heal me.
"This is going to hurt like hell." He said as he pulled the knife out of my chest. As he was pulling out the knife I blacked out.
I felt my soul leave my body and I saw myself being healed by the man. The man then put his hand on my chest and I started waking up.
I woke up and saw the man again.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"My name is Castiel, I'm an Angel of the Lord."
"Why do you look so much like me? Why do you have the same name as me?" I asked.
He put a hand on my shoulder and zapped me in front of Dean. He was where I was when all that happened. I slowly start to remember what happened before I got kidnapped.
"CAS!" Dean said as he ran up to me and hugged me tightly.
"Oh god, Cas. What happened to you?" He asked through tears.
I hugged him back tighter.
"I'm really sorry about the flat tire, please don't hate me." I said.
"Cas, I don't care about that right now. I was so worried about you. What happened?" He asked.
"He got kidnapped. The Angels though he was me and they kidnapped him but I took care of the problem." Castiel said.
Dean let go of me and looked between Castiel and I. His jaw dropped.
"Woah." Is all he could manage.
He looked at me, then he looked at Castiel.
"Thank you so much for saving him." Dean said to Castiel.
"You're welcome. But, it's my job." Castiel said. Then, he zapped away and now it was just Dean and I.
"Cas, I'm so happy you're ok." He said and hugged me tightly again.
"I love you so much, Cas." He said.
"I love you, too Dean." I said and held him tightly as well.
