~Now~
Lisa's POV
It's been a week now since Jimmy's death and I still can't believe it. Every time I get out of the shower I swear I see a message on the mirror from Jimmy, but then I snap back into reality and it's gone.

I only go out of my room to get water or food. Then, I come back in here and just lay in my bed.

Cas and Dean have been really supportive and they try to get me to do stuff with them but I only say no. I just feel like I don't have the energy to do anything anymore. I feel bad every time I say no, but I just need some more time.

Maybe I'll go for a walk today. I read that exercise is good for babies. So, I'm going to take a walk. But first, I hop in the shower and then get changed.

It was 9:30 in the morning on a Tuesday. Dean was at work, so it was just Cas and I at home.

I finish getting ready and head downstairs. Cas is in the kitchen drinking some coffee.

"Hey Cas, I'm going to go for a walk." I said.

"Ok, do you want me to come with you?" He asked.

"No, it's ok. I'll be back in about 30 minutes." I said.

"Alright. Call me if you need anything." He said.

"I will. Now, I'm going to get going." I said and walked out of the kitchen.

I walked outside and it was the first time I felt the sun on me since last week. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the feeling of the sun on my skin.

Then, I opened them and started walking down towards the beach. Once I'm on the beach, I look out onto the ocean and smile to myself.

That's my home. Well, my first home.

"It's beautiful isn't it." I hear a familiar voice say.

I gasp and look beside me. It was Jimmy.

"Jimmy? I thought you were dead." I say speechless.

"I am. You're just imagining me. I just want you to know that I'll always love you and I know you love me, too. But, live your life without me. Live it the fullest. All I want is for you to be happy. I'll always be with you. Even though I'm not here physically, I'm still here spiritually." He explained.

"Is this the last time I'm going to see you?" I asked.

"Yes. The next time you imagine me or try to imagine me, I'm not going to be here. But it's going to be ok. Everything will be ok. Our children are going to have an amazing mother. You can do this without me. I promise you that." He explained.

"I love you so much, Jimmy." I said.

"I know. I love you, forever and always." He said and disappeared.

Then, in that moment, I knew he was really dead. I felt so alone and I wanted to cry so badly but that's not what he'd have wanted.

I continued to walk along the water and enjoy the sounds of waves crashing along the shore. It was so calming.

I was just walking, then I felt my eyes starting to close and I was losing my balance. I fell and everything went dark.

Dean's POV
"Dean, Dean! You have to help someone. A pregnant woman just passed out." Zachariah said.

I jumped right out of my chair and rushed over to whoever fainted. It was Lisa.

I tried doing CPR on her but it wasn't working. I checked her pulse and it was still working.

Zachariah was already calling 911 and he said that they'd be here shortly. I was freaking out and my heart was racing.

"Lisa, please be ok. I can't lose anyone else that I care about." I cried.

~2 minutes later~
The paramedics arrived and they wheeled her into the ambulance on a gurney. I told Zachariah I was going to take the rest of the day off and he agreed that it was best if I did.

I rushed to my Impala and drove to the hospital. As soon as I got inside I saw them wheeling her into a room. I tried to follow her but the doctors only told me to stay back. I waited in the waiting room and immediately called Cas. I explained what happened and he said he was on his way.

{5 minutes later}
Cas arrived and I was a crying mess. Cas came over to me and held me tightly in his arms.

"Hey, it's going to be ok. She's going to be ok. Shh." He said as he tried to calm me down.

{10 minutes later}
I had stopped crying and we were still waiting.

"God, what is taking so long?" I said aloud.

"She'll be ok, Dean. Don't worry." Cas said trying to calm me down.

A doctor walked out her room and I stopped him immediately.

"Sir, please tell me she's ok. Can we go in and see her?" I rushed out.

"Are you the father of her babies?" He asked.

"No, the father passed away last week. Oh my god, did something happen to the babies? Please tell me nothing happened to the babies." I rushed out.

"Sir, please calm down. She's fine, the babies are fine. Everything is ok. Her blood sugar was just low, so now we're getting her some food. You can go in and see her." He explained and I calmed down.

Cas came with me and we entered her room together. I saw her laying in the bed, awake. We walked over to her and I immediately gave her the biggest hug ever.

"I'm so glad you're ok, Lisa!" I said.

"Hey Dean, Cas. Very nice to see you, too." She said with a smile.

I pull away and smile the biggest smile I've ever smiled.

"Lisa, the next time you go out for a walk, I'm going to make sure you eat something before." Cas said.

A doctor walked in and listened to both the babies heartbeat.

"Is everything ok?" Lisa asked.

"Yeah, it's just that the babies' heartbeats are a bit slow right now. But their heart rates will go up again once you eat. It's noting to worry about, ma'am. Ok?" The doctor said.

Lisa nodded and another doctor walked in with food for Lisa. They put down the food and Lisa stayed eating. It was jello, mashed potatoes, a very dry looking piece of chicken, and some water.

Once she was done eating she said she felt a lot better. The doctor said she could come home today but he told us to make sure Lisa is eating enough.

Cas and I nodded. Then, we went out into the waiting room and waiting for Lisa to be released from the hospital.

Once she was released, I put her in Impala and we drove home. I helped inside and set her down on the couch.

"Dean, you know I'm ok, right?" She said.

"Yeah, I'm just helping you." I said.

"I really appreciate all the help, Dean. Thank you." She said with a smile.

"You're welcome, Lisa." I said and smiled back.
