~3 more months later~
Lisa's POV
It was 6:30 in the morning when I woke up to use the restroom. Once I was done with my business I washed my hands and looked at my stomach in the mirror. I was huge. Oh my god, I couldn't believe how big I was. I looked like I was ready to pop.
I turned off the bathroom light and waddled back to bed. While I was making my way back to my bed I felt them both kick. Some kicks were more powerful than others. This went on for a few minutes and then it stopped. I smiled and got back into bed.
"I can't wait to meet you two." I rubbed my stomach and smiled.
~8:30 A.M~
I woke up to excruciating pain in my stomach. It felt like the twins were coming. But it was too soon, it couldn't be contractions.
"AAAAHHHH!" I scream in agonizing pain.
"DEAN!" I cry out.
A few seconds later Dean comes bursting through the door with Cas behind him.
"Dean, I think-I need-to go-to the hospital." I said between cries of pain.
"It's really bad pain." I cry.
The pain keeps getting stronger and stronger. What's going on?
I start to get up but then all I see is blackness.
Dean's POV
"Lisa! Lisa!" I cried out.
I looked at Cas.
"Cas, call 911." I rushed out and he took out his phone and called 911.
Cas' POV
"Hi, my name is Castiel and my friend is pregnant and she just passed out. She was in a lot of pain and when she stood up she passed out. Please come quickly. My address is..." I give them my the address and stayed on the phone with them.
"They said they would be here as fast as they can." I told Dean.
Dean picked Lisa up bridal style, carried her downstairs, and set her down on the couch.
~5 minutes later~
We heard the ambulance outside and we opened the door for them. They rushed in and carried Lisa out and put her in the ambulance.
"Is she going to be ok?" Dean asked one of the female paramedics.
"We don't know yet but we'll let you know when we have more details." The paramedic responded.
They closed the doors to the ambulance and rushed off to the hospital.
"Come on, Cas. Let's go get ready and then head to the hospital." Dean rushed out before running back inside.
I ran after him and stopped him. He started crying.
"Shh, Dean. She'll be ok. Don't worry. They'll take care of her and make sure she's ok." I softly whispered as I embraced Dean in my arms.
He wrapped his arms around my waist and held on tighter to me.
"I can't lose her, Cas. She's got a whole life ahead of her." He sobbed into my shoulder.
He pulled away and wiped away his tears.
"Come on, Cas. Let's get dressed." He said and I nodded.
~10 minutes later~
We were dressed and headed to the hospital. I drove the Impala because Dean was way too sad to drive. He trusts me with the Impala!
~15 minutes later~
We arrived at the hospital and we rushed inside. We asked the lady at the front desk if we could see her and they said that she was being tested on.
I asked her how long it would be and she said she didn't know. Dean and I sighed and sat down.
Unknown's POV
I walk into the hospital and ask the lady at the front desk where I could find Lisa and she told me where she was. I walk to her room and she's resting.
I walk up to her and whisper in her ear to wake up. She wakes up and she's all disoriented.
"Lisa Braedon?" I asked.
"Yes? Who are you?" She asked.
"I'm Cas-" I started but she interrupted me.
"You're not Castiel, Castiel never wears clothes like that." She said.
"My name is Castiel and I'm an Angel of the Lord. I'm here to tell you some very important news about your son." I said.
"How did you know I'm having a boy?" She asked.
"I told you, I'm an Angel of the Lord. I know everything." I explained.
"If you're an Angel then bring back my boyfriend. I'm sure you already know who he is." She said.
"Actually, this is your boyfriend's vessel. His soul is in Heaven." I explained
"So, you can't bring him back from the dead?" She asked.
"No. This is not the point of this visit. I needed to tell you something very important about your son." I explained.
"Is he ok? Are my twins ok?" She rushed.
"You're son is half-angel, half-merman, and half-human. Your son will be born tomorrow. You're daughter will be born in a few months. Angel's age pretty quickly but after a while they catch up to the right age. Which means that even though your son will be born earlier, your son will be the same age as your daughter when she is born. The pains you feel right now will be a hundred times worse than what they are right now. But, I will be right by your side to make sure you're safe. I won't let anything bad happen to you." I explained.
Then, I snapped my fingers and I was back in Heaven.
Lisa's POV
I regained some of my conscious back and I saw Cas and Dean walk in.
"Lisa, you're ok." Dean smiled and ran over to hug me. I hugged him back.
"I'm ok. Don't worry." I said. We pulled away from the hug and I could see that he had been crying. His eyes were all red and puffy.
"Aw Dean, it's ok. I'm sorry I scared you guys. The doctor said it was just because I was a little dehydrated, that's all. Nothing else." I explained to him.
Cas started pouring me a cup of water. He handed it to me.
"Here Lisa, drink up." Cas said as I took the cup of water.
I started drinking it but I could barely swallow it. It was so disgusting. It needed salt. But, I can't have too much salt because I'm pregnant.
Why must my life be so hard?
