Lisa's POV
Cas and Dean had to go home and sadly that's when the pain started. The pain was like the pain that I felt before I passed out from "dehydration."

I had sharp pains in my uterus and they would just keep on coming every 10 seconds. Each pain stronger than the last. It felt like someone was stabbing me a million times over and over.

The nurses came rushing in and I told them everything that was going on. They said that I was going into labor.

Yeah. No shit, Sherlock.

"Can you get Dean in here?" I asked one of the nurses.

"I think he just left, ma'am." The nurse said.

"Then call him off my phone." I said through gritted teeth as I suffered through the pain.

The nurse grabbed my phone, unlocked it, and called Dean. I didn't have a password on my phone so it was easy for her to open my phone.

Dean's POV
I was driving home when my phone started ringing.

"Cas, can you answer that for me?" I asked.

"Sure." He said and answered the phone.

Cas' POV
"Hello, is Dean Winchester speaking?" A woman asked.

"Yes, this is his phone. Who is this?" I asked.

"I'm one of the nurses looking after Lisa. She wanted me to call Dean to tell him to come back because she's going into labor." She explained.

"WHAT?!" I yelled.

I took the phone away from my ear and told Dean what was happening. Dean slammed on the breaks and made a U-turn back toward the hospital.

"We're on our way. Thank you, goodbye." I said before hanging up the phone.

"How is she going into labor already?" He asked.

"I don't know. I guess mer-people don't need 9 months to develop like humans." I said.

"Oh shit, we don't even have anything for this baby. Cas, can you run out and get baby stuff when we get to the hospital? I'll let you drive Baby and I'll give you, like, I don't know, $1,000.00 so that you could buy a couple of things." He explained.

"Yeah, sure." I said.

"Thanks, but please be extremely careful with Baby. She means a lot to me." He said.

"Oh so what, I'm chopped liver to you now?" I asked.

"What? No, babe. I still love you." He said as he pulled into the parking lot of the hospital.

He took off his seatbelt and took out his wallet from his back pocket. He took out 10 $100.00 bills and handed it to me.

"Alright, thank you so much, Cas. I love you." He said and kissed me before running into the hospital.

I got out of the passenger seat and got into the driver seat. I pulled the car out of the parking space and drove to all baby's store. I turned off the Impala and went inside.
