You walked silently behind Kisame and Itachi, your head looking down on the ground. You didn't stay too far behind them, for you knew you would have to get their trust so they would let their guard down. That was the only way to escape. Neither of them spoke a word as you all trudged along in the forest. The silence was irritating you, but you didn't bother speaking up because you knew you would be ignored. Occasionally you would look ahead of you and see Itachi looking at you through the corner of his eye.

'Probably just trying to see if I'm going to pull a fast one...' you thought to yourself as you looked back down at the ground. They had taken your weapons away, so if you ever tried to fight them the only thing you could do was some taijutsu. You were ok at it, but you didn't think it would have helped much in this situation.

You sighed, but the sound of it was blocked by a loud boom. You jumped slightly and looked up at the sky as Itachi and Kisame stopped to also look up. From what you all could see from past the trees, the clouds looked very dark.

"A storm is coming..." said Kisame, looking at Itachi. Itachi thought for a moment before saying,

"We'll keep going until it gets too bad."

'Oh great,' you thought as they continued walking again, 'they have their fancy cloud cloaks and their jellyfish hats to protect them from any rain, but I don't have anything but the clothes I have on!' You felt yourself getting irritated as you folded your arms across your chest, following them once again.

As the three of you walked on, the trees got thinner until you came out into a very open area. You could see the clouds clearly now, and you knew it was going to be raining hard soon. Now that there were no trees to block the rain, you knew you were going to get soaked. You sighed and followed them into the field. You felt a drop on your head, then on your shoulder, your nose, and your cheek. Soon, the rain came down faster and harder. There was another boom, but it was much farther away. You guys would only be getting the rain part of the storm.

You groaned as the rain began to soak your clothes, making them stick to your body tightly. Your (color) hair went a few shades darker and stuck to the sides of your face. You could feel yourself getting uncomfortable, but you refuse to complain to the two idiots in front of you. Finally, you all got to the edge of the field were more trees were.

"We'll stop here until the rain stops," said Itachi, removing his dripping wet hat. Kisame also removed his as you all stepped under the protection of a tree. Itachi and Kisame made you sit a little ways away, probably to make sure you didn't over hear anything that they would be talking about. You sighed, wrapping your arms around your legs and putting your chin on your knees. You found yourself starting to shiver from being so cold. You desperetly wanted to get into some dry clothes, or be by some heat, but you couldn't do anything about it now. You pushed your wet (color) hair behind your ears, looking out into the field, watching the pouring rain hit the already drowning grass hard.

~*~*~*~*~ Itachi's POV *~*~*~*~*

Itachi was sitting by Kisame, not even bothering listening to him. He looked through the corner of his eye at you, watching you stare out into the field. You were much different then he had remembered. You had been much more lively and exciting back then. It seemed to him that the burden of having to take care of his foolish weak little brother had taken its toll on you. Even from where he was, he could see your body shaking slightly from the cold. He felt the urge to get up and put his cloak over your shoulders but he resisted and looked out into the field as well.

He cursed himself in his head, growing angry at himself for even thinking about doing that. Caring for someone was a sign of weakness, and he refused to be weak. He clenched his fist as he glared out at the rain. Whatever feelings he had for you in the past were gone now, and he continued to tell himself that. All he wanted to do was use you to get to Naruto, but every time he looked at you he seemed to just stare. Whenever you noticed, he'd look away and curse himself in his head over and over again.
