Chapter 7

Justine pov

Pinanood ko si kuya habang masaya itong nag tatalon ng manalo sila ni ryan sa mga 4th year students at lumapit si Chloe dito para batiin ito sa pag kapanalo, umalis na ako sa gym ng makita ang isa sa mga body guards ng mummy.
Iniwan ko na lang ang regalo ko sa mga locker nila at sumama na sa body guard.

Niyakap ako ni mum ng maka sakay na ako sa kotse.

"Hey you can visit your nanay anytime you want"

"For real!?"

Tumango lang ito at tinapik ang likod ko.
Naka ngiti akong tumingin sa labas ng sabihin iyon ni mum.
Nag promise pa naman ako kay nanay na bibisita ako dito kapag pinayagan ako ni mum o kaya ni dad.

6 years later

"Dad did you see my keys?"

Umupo ako sa harap nito at nag almusal na dahil male-late na ako sa first class ko.

"Nope, maybe your mum has it kung saan saan mo lang kasi nilagay kagabe"

I rub my forehead when I forgot about it last night dahil sa sobrang antok ko na.

"Good morning everyone"

Pinag hila ko ng upuan si mum sa tabi ni dad ng dumating ito and kiss her head.

"Thank you baby"

Tumango lang ako dito at inilahad ang kamay dito.

"Later"

"But mum I'm running late for my first class"

"Nope! later, ngayon lang kita makakasabay sa hapag kaya pag bigyan mo na ako"

"Okay"

"How's school?"

"A little bit busy but I'm fine I can cope up"

"Good, pupunta ako sa new york tomorrow and are you going with us?"

"Nah I'm fine here, I have loads of papers to finish and I'm staying up late later so I can pass it to my prof since its almost our sem break"

"Are you sure? Why don't you visit your nanay instead?"

"I'll think about it maybe after I win my next competition and its scheduled
the day after tomorrow"

"Just be careful okay, don't want to get you in the hospital after my business tour"

After our breakfast my mum finally give my motor keys and I dash towards my baby since I'm pretty late.

My dad decided that I'm going to lived in san francisco with my aunt lily, they told me that its my punishment but I can say its not since its been long since I last saw my auntie.

I'm not wearing my big eye glasses anymore since I turned fifteen, my eyesight was good as new since I'm wearing those glasses to correct my vision and lastly I don't have braces anymore. Took it off when I was seventeen when my teeth are all good now and they are perfect.

A lot of things change me and I can say its for good, I did learn different martial arts to protect myself from all those bullies. I changed the way I dress and I have more confidence now.

I just got back here last year when my dad decided that I have to lived with them from now on.
