Fear doesn't shut you down, it wakes you up.

Just don't look down!

That's exactly what I kept telling myself as I looked over the balcony that I was literally hanging on to.

My plan was pretty straight forward, jump over to his balcony and help Ryan out cause he sucks at first aid and then come back to your own room.

It would have been easier if I wasn't terrified of heights. The balconies were hardly two feet away from each other and yet it felt like a thousand times more.

I tried to reach my foot across to his balcony but in vain. He wasn't even looking in my direction his back was facing me just when he ditched the bandage. He proceeded to taking off his shirt which made me gape instantly.

But realisation struck over me soon enough and before he could take off his shirt completely I shouted, "a little help?"

His t-shirt slid down immediately and he turned around fast enough to see me with my hanging on to the railing of my balcony.

"Raven what the hell?" he said utterly suprised as he ran across his room towards me.

"You think I planned this?" I asked glaring at him, "Well, technically I did but I didn't expect it to be this high" I trembled.

"Give me your hand" he said reaching his hand across.

"I'll die!" I screamed shutting my eyes tight as I made a little prayer offering it to God.

"You won't die, just give me your hand, trust me" he said and I did, I caught his hand.

"If I die! You're going to have to watch your back for a legion of ghosts!" I said trembling.

"Now place one foot down here" he said pointing down.

"If I die," I warned.

"Just listen to me" he said and yet again I did.

My eyes were shut tight cause if I did open them I'd look down and then I'd probably scream and die!

"I got you" he whispered as I felt a hand wrap around my waist and pull me towards him. I let go of the railing of my balcony and immediately caught onto Ryan's arms. Slowly but surely he pulled me over the railing of  his balcony and I placed my other hand on his chest.

I opened my eyes and the situation at hand made me sentimental. Something about the way his hand was wrapped around my waist and we had about little to no space between us was alluring and the same time it scared me.

I coughed dramaticaly and pulled away from him as his hands instinctively rubbed the back of his neck.

"Umm....ummmm... What are you doing here?" he asked.
