"It doesn't matter what they think of you, it's about what you think of yourself" I whispered a mantra under my breath.

"You okay?" Ryan asked placing a hand on my lap.

We were currently sitting in his car outside school. I'm sure the whole thing that went down at Aimee's party had spread throughout the entire school, but like I kept reminding myself, it doesn't matter what they think.

"I'm fine" I swallowed the lump in my troath and gave a sigh.

"Hey, I'll be right next to you" he reassured and I nodded smiling.

Getting out of the car I walked to the two glass doors with Ryan's arm around my shoulder. I smiled at him, cause even in the worst of situations just a simple look at his face was enough.

As we entered the murmuring began and it was like I was in junior year all over again.

"She even made Aimee and Todd break up"

"I heard that she kissed Dallas and now they're back together, but then why is she with Ryan?"

"She's out of control!"

Through the whole walk to my locker Ryan didn't let go of my hand in reassurance that he was right there and he wasn't leaving.

"Whoa! They're together! Finally!" Cara screeched from some corner before running to us with Mark.

"When? How?Details" Mark began.

"We aren't-" I started.

"What! No-" Ryan said at the same time.

"What do you mean no! You two are taking forever to get together!" Cara complained.

"We're taking it slow" I said blushing.

"As slow as she wants" Ryan reassured.

"Okay fine, say I believe you'll" Mark said rolling his eyes.

"West!" Dallas came from nowhere and jumped on Ryan's back.

"You ready newbie quarterback?" he asked with alot of energy.

"Yea" Ryan chuckled nodding a little.

"Why didn't you tell me your game was today!?" I asked surprised.

"I assumed you knew cause you have the whole cheer leading thing today?" he asked unsure.

"Of course. I just wish you would've reminded me!" I replied.
