"That dress is beautiful" Cara exclaimed as I showed her my dress.

Cara and I were getting ready for the dance together at her house. She wanted somebody to do her hair and makeup so she called me.

"Thanks! You should really go to that boutique, I even met the owner and I'm pretty sure she'll go global soon" I told Cara.

"But you know how I hate shopping" she pouted as I patted her playfully.

"Rave I'm nervous" she said blushing nervously.

"Why?" I asked suprised.

"What if everyone makes fun of me? Does Zack even know what he's getting himself into by going to homecoming with the schools reject?" she asked quietly.

"I'll tell you one thing, when you enter that room, every girls going to be wishing they were you while every guy is going to be wishing they were the ones who asked you out first" I answered as I put a tinge of blush on her cheeks.

"Thanks" she said smiling sincerely.

"It's really sad though, if you went with Ryan then we could've carpooled!" she said.

"Yea but, he's going with Reyna so it doesn't matter" I said looking away.

"He didn't tell you?" she asked laughing.

"Tell me what?" I asked as she stood and walked into her walk in closet to get her dress out.

"That he humiliated Reyna infront of every one?" she asked chuckling.

"No! What happened?" I asked.

"Oh you don't know! When she asked him what the condition was for him to go out with her he said that she'd have to jump down a hundred floor building cause that's how high her hopes were. Then he saw you slam the cafeteria door on your way out so he ran after you. I thought he told you then, but he only said that you felt a little under the weather so you went home" she said pulling out her dress nonchalantly.

"Cara, I didn't meet him an I left with Dallas" I said unsure.

"Why would you go with that asshole?" she asked as she entered the washroom to change into her dress.

"We talked, alot.." I said smiling as I recalled.

"If you dare tell me you like him, I will kill you!" Cara announced sticking her head out of the bathroom door.

"No, no I don't! Boys are overrated. Too much drama" I said honestly.

"But Dallas is changing, he is becoming a better person" I said honestly as I started to do my own makeup.
