(Raven's POV)

"Sup tiger?" Mark remarked as he took a seat next to me.

Cara, Mark and I were all in the cafeteria eating lunch but the only thing I was thinking about was Ryan.

Where was he? He just disappeared before first with Lin and while Lin was back and about he was nowhere to be found. I just hope he wasn't doing something stupid.

"Nothing" I replied to Mark giving him a faint smile.

"Whoa you didn't tell me to stop calling you tiger! Something really is wrong" he said giving me the 'talk now' look.

"Nothing's wrong Mark. Forget me tell me how is your first day going?" I asked diverting the topic.

"I joined the Homecoming committee on the homecoming entertaining assignment, they couldn't believe a hot guy was actually joining a homecoming committee I should have just told them I was gay" he said and right that second Cara decided to spit out the water she drank as she stared at Mark profounded.

"You're gay?" she said loud enough for anyone within ten feet to hear.

"And you're loud" Mark snickered.

"Wh-Why didn't you tell me?" she asked confused as everyone around us stared at Mark who seemed perfectly fine with the attention.

"Cause you didn't ask me?" he said unsure.

"The homecoming committee wasn't sure if they could let you join first cause they thought the football jocks sent you there to pick on them, I had to do alot of convincing when all I should have done was said you were gay!" she said with a sour face. I wasn't sure if Mark had taken that offensively or not but I decided to shut up.

"You do know there are a lot of gay guys who aren't into decorations and art right? You guys just do your typical stereotyping" he said chuckling and giving Cara an edgy look.

"Oh I know! And I love you for that! I mean I've always wanted a gay best friend" she said rephrasing her sentence.

"That's weird that's the exact same thing Raven said to me at rehab" he said shaking his head at the weird coincidence.

"I like to think that that's because Raven and I are sisters from different misters, and no it isn't just a coincidence" Cara said making all of us chuckle.

"Anyways... I don't think this homecoming is going to be good enough" he said with a really depressed face.

"What do you mean?" I asked creasing my eyebrows and trying to look interested but my eyes were on the cafeteria door hoping to see Ryan enter and act like he wasn't missing for the past classes. Cause that's Ryan for you.
