Dear Reader,
I have a challenge for us. I'm going to call it "The New You Challenge". It's time for us to close the gap between who we are and who we want to be. Ask yourself "what do I want to be?" then start becoming that. Do you want to become more confident? Start becoming more confident. Want to be a master stress-manager? Start becoming skilled at stress management. Want to be a pianist? Start learning! This would normally be called "New-Years resolutions" but the problem with that is the New Year's resolution craze always dies down by March usually. We make these goals during the new year but we never see them through. Self-improvement is a year-round, 24/7 thing, people!
Personally, I want to become more confident and energized. I've noticed life is more fun that way and being confident and energetic makes me feel so cool, so I want to have that feeling more often.
So reader, who do you want to be? What do you want to see when you look in the mirror? Now, go and be that person!
