Dear reader,
How are you? I hope you're fine. But you might not be. You may be stressed out right now. Something in your life may just be so overwhelming. But I'm here to tell you things are almost never as bad as they seem. I was given a much needed reminder today that our minds tend to jump to worst case scenario. So take a deep breath, pause for a bit to collect yourself. Remind yourself that you will survive this. You've survived every other hardship you've come across thus far, and you'll survive this too! Take life one step at a time. Stay hydrated, keep your blood sugar at a healthy level by eating regularly, make to-do lists and focus on only one task at a time. Take plenty of brain breaks. And remember that the worst case scenario is rarely ever reality.
love,
an easily stressed person xoxoxo
