Chapter 20

Jack's POV

"That girl was you , Clara. "

I finished saying the five word sentence that I knew it's the only thing that will save me from hurting her more. I went on holding her hands as she seemed deep in thought.

She was hurt by my words. I can easly tell by the way she seemed uncomfortable when I said the person who had hurt me was a girl.

She answered me but she had tried controlling herself. I was happy that she may feel what I felt towards her. Maybe she like me or more.

When she excused herself to go to the washrooms it's when I realized that she was hurt by my words. She didn't know that it's her I was talking about.

She was probably jealous and I'm happy that she was.

This means she did not see me at Chris party and it hurt. How can she not know that her kissing Chris was the most hurtful thing I've ever watched. She should at least know that I love her.

I'm not sure whether I should tell her or not. But I already hurt her feelings and this means that I can not go on pushing more things into her suddendly.

I should wait. Atleast not today.

I know she was crying and I felt bad that I'm the one who caused her to cry.

I now believe Jasmine's words, Clara has changed and she maybe like me. But I've to wait and see by myself.

"Clara , I like you. I won't hurt you again." I know I did wrong to approach her the way I did.

I just waited for her to say something as I studied her beautiful body. She was gorgeous in her white dress which showed her curvy body that beckoned just to be touched. She was beautifully created and God must have taken more of his time in shaping her.

This what I love. How gorgeous she look.

She raised her head slowly and looked at me for the first time since I followed her here. Tears were still streaming in her eyes and I felt gult for doing this. Causing her pain.

I didn't know that I will hurt her.

"I'm sorry Clara, I didn't mean to hurt you. "

"I'm okay, and I like you too" she said coming closer to me.

What ?

"You like me ?" I asked confused as my heart beat faster than ever.

"You heard me right, yes I like you, " she said again.

She like me!

I hope this is not some dream.

She moved nearer. Again.

I was surprised by her move and I  froze to my place. All my feelings erupted and overpowered me. I could not think anymore. I just stared at her hard waiting to see her next move.

She came closer and closer her hands still on my shaking and sweating palms. I was vulnerable and it took all my willpower not to swallow her lips on my hungry mouth.

She lowered her head bringing her lips near mine and my whole body was on fire. I waited and waited for her to kiss me as seconds seemed like hours. I closed my eyes unable to keep them open.

"Don't play with my feelings again ,Jack. " she said removing her hands from mine as she took my hand forcefully and lead me out of the washroom.

Dammit ! She was not kissing me.

I followed her a strong feeling controlling and consuming me. A feeling of longing. Only for her.

Actually I was forcing my legs to make a step forward as she rather pulled me on her way.
