Over the past couple of days, I've continuously rewrote this final note, because I'm not quite sure of what I want to say. Writing this series took quite a bit of time, and over this past year or so, I've overcome quite a lot. I think some parts of these books reflect that, and when I go back and read through them, I can pinpoint just what I was thinking about when I wrote certain chapters.
I credit everything to music. Each story was based around a song. Miss Atomic Bomb by the Killers, Peacemaker by Green Day, and The Partisan by Leonard Cohen. If you look into the lyrics of these three songs, you'll understand the inspiration behind the stories. I've also made countless playlists, which I shall share with you guys if you'd care to take a listen.
Like most of my stories, I base my characters around people in my real life. Charismatic Volume, Toxic Rift, Neon Blast, Ghost Shot and Smoke Bomb were all created off of my best friends at the time. Even though I've lost contact with most of them, and the band has since broken up, I still think that they are an important part of this story just as they are an important part of mine. So a big thanks to those special few.

Also, shout out to the man originally behind Val Velocity. I hope you're rotting in prison where you belong. Seriously. Have fun with that, because I hate you.
Another massive thanks to the inspiration for DJ Psycho. In real life, he's a pretty chill guy. I'd link you to his Soundcloud but I feel like that would be a bit weird. He's a good friend to have around.
I'd like to give all of my gratitude to Gerard Way for creating the entire Killjoy universe, and to the rest of My Chemical Romance for bringing it to life.
In the long run, I want to thank you guys for managing to read this entire shit storm. I don't even know if this thing had a structured plot, but what matters is that we had fun, right?
