He ignored pulling her leather pants down, kissing her rougher when her hands started to untie his jeans.
"Lucasy are the unicorns real?"
Shit, he sat up on the mattress rubbing his face.
"What's up pretty boy?" she asked caressing over his chest when he was taking in loud breaths looking at this silly unicorns which seemed to laugh and pick at him.
"The unicorns," Lucas pointed his head when she smiled wider sitting up on the bed returning to kissing over his lips jaw and neck.
"A gift, from my girlfriend," she said.
"What?" asked Lucas in shock. "You... you..."
"Sometimes I like boys for a change," she winked licking down his chest.
He was till stunned, allowing her to touch him while watching these freaking glass unicorns trying to figure out what he was really feeling.
"So we're done here," Lucas got up from the bed, he zipped up his pants leaned down for his shirt and jacket. Her face became red.
"Is it because?" she asked tears glittering in these blue eyes.
"No, nah I don't care about things like sexual preference, ya know it's just... because of the unicorns," he pointed at the dreamcatcher.
He put his shirt on then stormed out of the apartment, he was buttoning it up on his way to the elevator. Great, now she was definitely sure he had left because of her preferences when the real reason where two freaking glass unicorns, who is hanging shit like that above his bed. He took the elevator down, left when the security cast him a judging glance, exactly like coach.
It was way easier to feel nothing, to just fuck here and there, to never remember the girls' names, he thought when he left the bus then stopped in front of a block of flats. He wasn't even sure why he had come here in the first place, it were the unicorns, definitely the unicorns. He pressed Stacy's number then waited listening to the long signals.
"Yes?" he heard her rather tired voice.
"It's Lucas."
"Ah!" she groaned, but the door sounded so he pulled it open.
The lift smelled like rotten food and trash, the corridor walls were dirty but his heart as hammering like crazy while back in the posh apartment there were just the unicorns, nothing more, nothing less.
She opening the door dressed in a bath robe only, yes he was pretty sure when he eyed her up and down.
"I haven't texted back," she said letting him in.
"I just, had a rough night," he said entering the small kitchen.
"I see, you have red lipstick on the collar and smell like all the hoes in this city," she said stopping opposite to him.
He just jumped to her kissing her hungrily but she stopped him turning her head.
"Stacy, I missed you," he said.
"The door is that way," she pointed her head.
He rubbed his forehead, he could actually scream. He could have been there with the rich girl in her marble box with the view over fake skyscrapers and two freaking glass unicorns, but he was here.
"Give me a chance, one last chance," he begged.
