SWEARING!! ALSO GOREEEE!!! SORRY IF KARMA SEEMS OC I HAVEN'T WATCHED ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM IN 2 YEARS.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I stirred the pot in front of me. It was the cooking period. Korosensei walked to me. "Can I taste it, (Y/N)-san?" He asked with his usual smile.

I nodded. I picked up a large spoon full of soup and dished it into a bowl. As I dished my hand pushed against the edge of the pot and the hot soup spilled onto me. Korosensei grabbed the pot and pulled it up.

"Are you okay, (Y/N)-san?" He asked. I nodded and took off my apron. The soup had managed to burn through my school shirt.

"I'm going to go to the bathroom," I said and left. As I turned around to close the door, Karma stood in front of me. Worry graced his handsome face.

"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked. I nodded. He laughed. "You're so clumsy, (Y/N)." He said. I walked away from him.

I sniffed at the thought of my crush calling me clumsy. "I know," I mumbled.

I walked to the bathroom and rinsed my shirt so that it wouldn't stain. Luckily, my skin was Little voices spoke into my ear.

"You're clumsy."

"You screw up everything."

"Karma-kun would never love you."

I gripped the sink and sobbed. The voices were right. I looked down at my wrists. Cuts were scattered all over them. Fresh ones and old ones. I sighed.

I had left my blade in class. The bell rang to signal that it was time for a break. I fixed my shirt and walked back to class.

I walked to my bag and took out my lunch. I didn't bother sitting with my friends. I sat outside the classroom and ate.

"Yo, (Y/N)." A voice greeted from behind me. The person sat next to me. It was Karma and he was drinking a carton of strawberry milkshake.

"Hey, Karma-kun," I said and looked down at my lunchbox.

"How'd your parents handle your sprained ankle?" He asked with a teasing smile. I rolled my eyes and fidgeted with my fingers.

"They allowed me to stay at home for a few days and now it's healed so I'm back at school," I said. Karma had laughed at me when I fell in PE, but he helped me up.

"And on your first day back you burn yourself with soup. Do you have major bad luck?" He asked.

I rolled my eyes. "I only have bad luck when you're around," I say and Karma laughed. My heart strained against my chest as he laughed.

"You really hurt my feelings." He said, placing a hand over his chest and faking his hurt.

"No, I didn't. You're smiling." I said and smiled.

"So are you." He said.

Karma and I laughed a bit before we went silent. I packed away my lunchbox and turned to face Karma.

"Why do you always laugh and make fun of me?" I asked. My eyes teared up at the thought of something mean coming out of Karma's mouth.

"You're weak, that's why. I can't help it. When you sprained your ankle, I laughed at how weak you were, but I had this feeling that I needed to protect you." Karma explained. I stood up.

Tears dripped from my eyes. "Weak? Is that how you see me? I'm not weak at all! You don't know how much you've hurt me when you laugh at me. It really hurts." I said.
