Chapter 3:

I got to my house and thew my bag on my bed then put on my sweats and camisole.

I pull my hair into its ponytail. Have I mentioned my hair color?It's a really dark blue. Almost black. It's the color that Jade from little mix had in the 'change your life' video.

I take off my make up and grab a cup of blood from my fridge then set it down on my coffee table and turn on the tv.

My phone vibrates right next to me and I pick it up.

'Hey beautiful -L :-)'

'Hi and don't say that -S xox'

'Why not? -L :-)'

'Because I'm not I don't have outer beauty or inner beauty -S xox'

'That's not true! You are beautiful on the outside but mainly inside -L :-)'

'You don't want to know what's on the inside -S xox'

'I do want to know -L :-)'

'There's nothing left -S xox'

I meant that literally. Since I'm dead my inner organs are gone.

'I'm sure you have the biggest heart -L :-)'

'If I had one I would -S xox'

'Why don't you let me know the real you? -L :-)'

'What about today? I told you a lot -S xox'

'I want to know everything not just the basics -L :-)'

'You don't want to know everything -S xox'

'I do and I won't give up until I find out everything. Come to my house and we'll talk -L :-)'

'I don't know if that's a good idea -S xox'

'Please *puppy dog eyes* -L :-)'

'Fine -S xox'

He texted me the address and I went upstairs.

I reapplied my mascara and my thick eyeliner. I left my hair up and put my skinnies back on. I put on a black cardigan with my red camisole.

I slipped on my black vans and then grabbed my phone and walked out the door.

I walked back in chugged the glass of blood and wiped off my mouth.

I got in the car and drove to his house with the directions he sent.

I pulled into his driveway where I saw a black range rover. Nice!

There was also a mini van so I'm guessing his parents live with him.

I knock on the door and I hear people whispering on the other side.

"Luke who is that?" a girl asks. His mum?

"A friend"

"I'll get it"

"No mum I can get it"

I heard him walking to the door so I straightened my posture.

The door opened and Luke looked at me then his face turned from happy for shock and fear.

"Y-your eyes their red!" he exclaimed.

"Dammit" I curse.

I completely forgot to cover everything

"Your teeth their pointy!"

"Shhhh! Come with me!" I grab his arm.

"I'm going out mum!" he yelled.

"K Hun be safe!"

I pulled him in my car and drove to a place in the woods that I always go to.

I pull on the side of the road and get out.

Luke is just sitting there in shock. I roll my eyes and grab his arm and drag him deep into the woods.

He sits down on a rock running his hand through his hair. I do the same but instead I'm pacing but not at vampire speed. I think Luke might have had a heart attack.

"Selena?" He asks.

"I know Luke I'm sorry!"

"A-are y-you a v-vamp-"

"Yes and please don't tell anyone or else I'll kill you literally!" I say walking up to him.

"Don't kill me please!" he begged.

I rolled my eyes. "If you weren't special to me I would have killed you when you saw what I really am"

"Ok as long as you don't"

"I won't I swear! Even if you wanted me to"

"So you are dead?"

"Yes and I'll never be older than 17 for the rest of my life"

"Then what do you do when school ends?"

"I stay at home for 5 years until I forget everything and the teachers forget me or there is new ones"

"How?why?"

"If you didn't know ready it happens when your bitten!" I snapped.

"I'm sorry" I sighed. "it's just I hat being like this! I can't be beautiful this way! Inside or out!" I look down.

"Listen to me" Luke tilted my head up. "I never said you weren't beautiful" he said looking into my eyes where my death is shown.

He leaned in and I did too. Suddenly his lips crashed into mine.

I felt sparks and everything else. He slipped his tongue in my mouth and or tongues touched each other then I pulled back.

"I'm sorry it's just I could taste you and you know...." I continued.

"You got thirst yeah sorry I just got caught up!"

"Don't apologize! I loved it! I mean shit I didn't say that"

He laughed. "I loved it too" he pecked my lips. "was that your first kiss with a human?"

"Well I kissed 1 guy before I turned but this was my first vampire human kiss. I guess that's why I was overwhelmed."

"I see. did you feel anything?"

"Sparks and thirst for blood but I'll control that one"

He laughed. "I felt something too"

"But I can't" I shut my eyes."i can't hurt you like that"

"I would be willing to get hurt for you" he said grabbing my hands.

I opened my eyes and looked into his. He smiled.

"Will you go on a date with me?"

"After you just found out about me?"

"Of course! Your still Selena!"

I thought it over but then I just pushed away the negitives.

Screw my brain my heart knows what I need.

"What are you thinking?" he asked.

"My thoughts are saying no save him" I say smiling.

His face drops but then he looks at me smiling and looks confused.

"But I'm going with what my heart says." I say smiling more.

He smiled too.

"That would be....?"

"Hell yes!"
