It's a new day, and I'm already almost wishing I didn't log onto GGO today. I sighed as Kureha, Hikaru and I stood before Bazalt Joe and his lackeys.

"Again? Seriously? I'm not going to give Hikaru up. He's my friend, what kind of person would I be if I just sold away my friends." I stated, fuming that Joe hasn't given up. Kureha glared, placing her hands on her hips in anger.

"You guys again?! You know what you're doing constitutes as stalking, right?" Hikaru looked to the both of us.

"Oh, don't be so hard on them, Master, Kureha. Joe's a nice guy. He even gave me some candy earlier." I gave Joe deadpanned look.

"You know how creepy that is?" Hikaru looked back and laughed.

"Don't sweat the little stuff too much, Master. Joe can bribe me as much as he likes. I'm not going along with him like you said!" Joe gave us a determined look.

"I can see that! But once I defeat you, "Master," then it'll be all mine. That's how it works!" I rubbed my arm.

"Please don't call me "Master"... It's fine from Hikaru, but it's just downright creepy from you." Kureha nodded.

"Yeah! And you're LITERALLY the only one who thinks that here!" Joe pointed at me, challenging us to a fight.

"Can it! I challenge you to a fight, (Y/N)!" Kureha and I sighed at the same time.

"Did you already forget? We fought before. And WE won. We're happy to accept your challenge, but there's no reason for us to put Rei on the line." She stated, folding her arms under her chest. I nodded in agreement.

"If we fight, we'll more than likely have the same outcome. It's only been a day since our last fight. There's no way you could have gotten strong enough to beat us in that amount of time." I stated after her. Kureha rubbed the back of her neck as she looked to me.

"You did." My eyes widened in surprise, remembering that I had indeed done so. I laughed sheepishly.

"I'm just special." I jested, sticking my tongue out at her. Bazalt Joe then brought something up that would benefit us.

"Well... what if I told you I had some intel on, say, its lost parts? I know you guys have been searching for them." Our eyes widened. We need to beat him now!

"I just so happen to know a thing or two about the. It'd cost you an arm and a leg to learn what I know through an info broker.

"Why do you know so much about Rei?! You really are a stalker!" Kureha exclaimed. Joe only shook his head.

"I know because I want to know every last think about that ArFA-sys! I just happened to hear about the parts while gathering info on it." I sweatdropped.

"Stalker... Kureha, is there a way to report something like this?" Kureha pulled her hand to her chin in thought. Joe sweatdropped, too.

"Hey! You can try to wiggle out of this one all you like. I've got my sights on you and I'm not letting you go for anything!" Kureha stiffened.

"Hrm... I'll admit, some info on those parts sure would be nice right about now. What should we do, (Y/N)?" I sighed.

"We need those parts. We'll be dealing with two things at once. Killing two birds with one stone." I stated. She sighed and nodded.

"Yeah, I figured we were going to fight either way." With that, we began our second fight. I could tell the three of them were focused on me. I activated a gadget that would raise my defense against enemy attacks, dodging bullet spray from Bazalt Joe. I switched to my sniper rifle and jumped back more, putting more space between them and I. Kureha was doing fine, attacking the one of the other enemy players in the green while Hikaru was focused on the one in the purple. Bazalt Joe was once again only focusing on me like yesterday. Looking through the scope on my rifle, I managed to land a critical hit on Joe, the attack sending him to his knees. I took my chance and equipped my assault rifle and raced to him before he could retaliate, sending a spray of bullets in his direction. He was downed.

When I looked to see what Hikaru and Kureha's battles were looking like, I noticed they were done. The other two members were on the ground, downed. I smiled and sighed. Kureha pumped her fist into the air.

"That's another win in the bag for us! Now, tell us what you know about those parts!" Joe 'tched' in disbelief.

"You've got to be kidding me... How could I lose twice in a row?" He groaned as I shot him a look.

"Fine. I'm a man of my word. Here's what I know." He handed me an info chip. Upon receiving it, the information entered my account. Hikaru smiled at Joe.

"Thank you for sharing that with us! If we can track down that part, it'll help me become even stronger!" Hikaru exclaimed.

"Heh, don't mention it. Now if you excuse me, I think it's time I make my exit. See you guys later!" I waved his group off.

"Make sure you bring more info next time, Joe!" I shouted after them. He groaned and nodded, raising his hand to wave 'bye' back. Kureha shook her head at the exchange.

"I wouldn't complain if that's the last we see of him, but I won't hold my breath. Anyway, Rei, maybe from now on don't take any candy from him, okay?" I nodded.

"How about we don't take candy from anyone that's not in our friends list? I don't want anything to happen to you, Hikaru." I added. He sighed.

"Fiiiiine. Next time I see him, I'll see if I can get him to give me some more info or an item instead." I laughed and nodded.

"That'd be pretty useful to us."
