Part 68

that night when we got home, i told corbyn my plan and he agreed to look after norah. i waited until everyone was asleep, went on my laptop and ordered a moving service from new york to los angeles. 

i packed what i would need for my flight and ordered an uber, it was 3am and i wouldn't be here when norah wakes, i hope she'll be okay. when my uber was here, i got in and drove to the airport. 

-skip plane ride- 

i landed in new york and christina and tate picked me up, being with them again felt well needed. 

a- are you guys sure about moving to los angeles? you love it here....

c- and so did you, but we're sisters, we need to stick together. 

t- plus la will be nice for a change of scenery

c- agreed

when we pulled into the apartment, everything seemed sadder in a way. this place provided comfort when we needed it, we have memories here. christina held my hand as we walked in through the elevator, we went into our rooms and started packing. 

we helped each other with packing light's things, we took everything, and anything that didn't fit into suitcases, we put in boxes. the moving guys showed up about ten minutes later, we loaded in all the boxes and small furniture. 

we decided to donate the leftover food and visit the stores one more time, saying goodbye. we drove to the airport, passing the moving truck and getting onto the plane. 

-back to la- 

the boys don't know about tate and christina coming, all they know is that we put our apartment up for sale. we drove straight to the boy's house, they said they were taking light to the studio with kole so they wouldn't be home until later. 

i still had my spare key and i used it to open the door, we got inside and put our bags down, i put mine and norah's in jack's room along with her favorite teddy. while i was setting down our things, i got a facetime from sydnie. 

a- hey syd!

s- hey babes, how are you girls?

a- well, are you in la?

s- yes.... are you?

i turned the camera around to show jack's room and she squealed in excitement. 

s- do you have a minute, i want to see you! and my gorgeous goddaughter

a- yeah well christina, tate and i are waiting here for the guys and light to get home. do you wanna get something to eat now and then you can come here after?

s- sounds good girl, grove in twenty?

a- see you there!

i ran downstairs, christina was in the kitchen and tate was in jonah's room. i faced christina and called tate down, asking if they wanted to come out. they agreed so we got in the car and drove to the grove. 

when we got there, we stood in front of where we were supposed to meet syd. hands covered my eyes and i squealed with excitement, turning around and hugging sydnie. she hugged me and we were rocking back and forth. she hugged tate and christina and we head inside the grove. 

we went shopping for clothes and got our nails done. we spent a good few hours at the mall before going home, sydnie came with us. when we drove up the driveway, we noticed the boy's car was there. we got out and went inside, bearing for whatever was about to happen. 

when we got inside, i could hear everyone's voice except for norah and jack's. i started panicking until daniel smiled at me. he greeted the girls with surprise and signaled for us to keep quiet while he got jonah and corbyn.
