today i am going to open the letter, no more delaying. i am here, safe with jack. we've been driving since the late morning and come across a tiny bridge that would make me feel better while opening the letter.

he parked and i felt my stomach drop.

a- jack, what if there's no lead?

j- come on

he took me to the bridge sat me down and started taking pictures.

a- jack, why are we taking photos?

j- two reasons, one, because you look beautiful and two, to distract you

i got the letter out of my bag and looked at jack, do i?

he nodded.

i carefully opened the letter, trying to take as long as possible. jack looked at me.

i opened it and read over the letter, tears flooded my eyes.

a- my birth parents are pamela stepnick and greg paul, my name is addison kayla paul

j- oh my god

he ran to my side and hugged me tight, never letting go. i cried into his shoulder, tears of joy. i've known my brothers for two years but i never knew.

j- let's go home, you need to see jake and logan

a- no i can wait, i don't want to put this all to waste

j- are you kidding? we've had the best two days together, we'll continue this one day, i promise.

a- no jack, it's fine, i'm okay

i went over to the car and sat in the passenger seat, trying to show him that i want him to drive to our next location.

he went the other way, not the way we came, we were continuing.

a- i'm sorry, i just don't want you to feel like it went to waste

j- don't be sorry, please

we drove for an hour before coming to a rustic cafe, with a big sign saying 'ACAI BOWLS'. I gasped with excitement.

a- i love acai bowls, they're so happy

j- happy?

a- yes, it's a feeling, acai bowls make me happy, you make me happy

j- i'm honored

a- don't ruin it honcho

we parked and i ran inside. we ordered and went outside to eat.

j- you're happy with the results?

a- over the moon, i've known my brothers for years but never noticed. oh my god, what if they aren't happy?

j- are you kidding? they already see you as a younger sister

a- i guess, thanks jack for the best time

we went back to the car, and sat in the back. i got my old camera out and started going through the old film.

j- she's so cute when she's concentrating

a- thanks jack

i smirked

j- oh uh i said that out loud?

i smiled and hugged him.

j- so uh, should we continue?

a- of course

he went around to the front and i climbed through.

driving again, watching the sky through windows until we took a turn down a dirt road.
