I woke up on a soft surface. A beige sheet was over my naked body. My body was sore and my sex hurt a bit. But the memories made me forget all. I wrapped the sheet around me as I stood near the window.
It was dusk as the orange sky filled the sky with strokes of red and yellow. The sun was deep red with a tinge of yellowish shade. The black shadow of the sun told, even the brightest of things have a bad dark shadow. This reminded me of Edward. Is he really that vicious to take lives to innocent humans? Am I making a mistake loving him?
To get all the answers I got dressed. I found the jeans skirt I wore one day and pulled a black t-shirt of Edward's. I slipped inside them after a hot relaxing shower. Pulled my hair in a messy bun, I found way to down stairs. Edward was in the hall talking to people. Mycroft, Toni, James and Gilbert were seated around him with other unfamilar emissaries.
I went to the round table as Edward motioned me to sit with him without disturbing the dicussion. The agenda was something I half-expected it to be. Humans-VampiresNeed-Werewolf decision.
".......the decision is made. We gonna kill Ashley and......that's all." One old man said. Everyone looked satisfied on his comment.
"Um-I am sorry to interrupt but I am the interrogating her, so......lemme do the decision making process." I said.
"You know, Faith, your unflinching preposterous decisions will make the hall an interesting joke-ground," everyone laughed at Mycie's comment, "and of course we won't want that little sister."
"Enough! We'll have Faith do the investigation and what she infers as result will be our ultimate conclusion. You all may leave," Edward said in a montone.
"But Alph-" Mycroft started.
"In all I think you are included too, Alpha Mycroft." Edward was on my side. I love this Edward.
"Raveloe please tell Toni to accompy Faith for shopping tomorrow," Edward said to an old maid.
"Yes, Sir,"
He came to me kissed my forehead and inhaled my scent.
"Slept well?"
"Yes but missed your presence as I woke up,"
He smiled as we headed to the diner. The dinner table was filled with chattering people. After the Anual Event, the castle seemed empty though people were still here as he invited all the emissaries for dinner. Toni sat with James and were discussing something really funny as they roared out laughing.
"I'll just come, huh?" Edward said. I nodded. He pecked my lips and left. I was left alone so I decided to join Toni and James.
"Oh hello, sister-in-law," James greeted.
"I am not your sister-in-law."
"Will be soon," Toni smiled as she said.
"Mind if I join?"
"Yup if you aren't a comic," Toni gently slapped James' bisceps,"because I and Toni do literally bad jokes. And Mr. Haughty cannot take us. So....your call,"
Toni and I laughed.
"Well.....I can tolerate a great sense of humor unlike Mr. Hottie,"
"Uh-haan? You are welcome to #TeamGaggles," James said curtsysing me.
"Hashtag Team Gaggles. Like you both make a team?"
"No, we have around five of us. Including you makes us six." Toni explained.
"And....where are they?"
"They all have work and some are not of in-kingdom,"
James replied.
