Chapter 10

Paige was confused, maybe she is more than confused. He left her. He left her alone in his bed fending for herself. Does he already given up on her? Could it be that he was with someone already and that made him stiffen? She wanted to hurt something so badly. Maybe she wanted to hurt herself for being a fool and letting him walk away.

"No this cannot be happening I will get him back. No matter what I have to do" She told herself as with a determination she walked towards his closet. He pulled a shirt and some boxers from it. "Let's see how you like to see me in your cloths mate" Paige grinned hopping towards his bathroom.

First thing he noticed while he was checking the students he selected was that Paige was absent. Ronan was now very much tensed. He wanted to know if he did the right thing leaving her alone in his bed. Maybe he should have said something.

Maybe he should have. It was very rude of him to left her hanging this way. But then again she never wanted him as a mate. It would be best if he avoided him from now on.

He was setting up the board in the arena to demonstrate theoretical process of fighting. He heard gasps from the students. He turned around to see what the commotion was about. And he met her eyes. Her blue beautiful eyes sparkling and her blond hairs flowing in air. And he was wearing a red checked shirt. His shirt and shorts.

His wolf howled in joy "mate looks good in our cloths now everyone will know she is ours" Ronan pushed his wolf back. She came and stood in front of him. He sniffed the air. She even smell like him. She leaned into him and nipped his ear making Ronan growl lowly in warning.

"You should really learn not to leave a lady in the bed alone mate" She kissed his jaw slowly.

It took everything in Ronan to control his wolf on not marking her at spot.

"S...Stop" Ronan said as he felt her hand over his chest.

"You really don't want me to do you Prince Donovan" Paige said as she continued her torture.

"I said Stop" Ronan pushed her slightly and she stumbled back.

She looked hurt.

"Do not touch me again without my consent" Paige's eyes watered but she knew she had lost him and to get him back she have to do more than this.

"I am Sorry Alpha" She said in almost inaudible tone.

"Settle down class as you all know I am still recovering from the attack which you will not get the details of. Because it is not necessary. Now I will be teaching you about the pack and the tactics that can be helpful you ever have to be in the war. Which I like to avoid when there is a diplomatic way of getting to a solution without harming anyone. But sometimes it is seems necessary."

His eyes travelled all over the class and in a corner alone she was sitting. Her head was in her hands. "Miss Morgan you are the only one who had been on the mission on behalf of the Luna queen like to share your insights with the class?" Ronan asked.

She walked and stood in front of all students. His closeness was killing her from inside. The fact that he does not want her anymore was not helping either.

The fact that he has nothing to do with her and her advances had been rudely stopped was bothering her so much. But she deserved this. This and so much more.

"Continue I will be back in few" He said as he walked towards the door of the arena. Soon he was engulfed in hug by a female. He caught her with perfection and twirled her around. A heartfelt laughter escaped his lips.

But something inside Paige wants to rip the female to Shreds. How could she touch what is hers?

Everyone was now looking at them. And Paige was feeling utterly humiliated at herself. She let it happen. She let her mate walk away.

No she pushed him away. She was afraid that he will reject her but now seeing another female in his arms she knew he will reject her for sure.

She kissed her cheek making Ronan make a disgusted face. "No Amy that is disgusting" he said. "Ron- Ron come on that is so bad. It was not disgusting. Is that how you are going to treat me. We are meeting after what two years. And the good Alpha and Xander too does not come to Visit me often. You are getting forgetful too" The girl said.

Paige cannot help but let a growl escape from her lips. She was clenching her fists so hard that she drew blood. She walked towards the pair and stood before them. She tapped her foot and cleared her throat. Both Ronan and the girl looked at her.

Ronan's eyes harden at her sight. His resolve was weakening. "Amara meet Paige Morgan" Ronan Introduced them.

" She is the lead warrior Alpha Princess made her the lead warrior isn't it?" The girl smiled at her. "Ron have you considered me entering the academy and joining the program?" She asked Ronan.

"How many times we have to go through this again Amy you will enter when you will be old enough. You haven't shifted yet Ames" Ronan reasoned.

"You always make this a cause Ron I hate you. You just don't want me fighting I am tired of your over protectiveness." She whined.

Paige looked at two of them. He is already acting like a protective possessive jerk. "So Amara is it?" Paige asked. The girl nodded. "And how old are you Amara?" She asked. "Turning fifteen in a month. And that means Ron you cannot stop me from entering anymore" She smiled pulling his cheeks.

"So how did you find out about me?" Paige asked. "I know about you from the news. You have rescued my friend from the fire didn't you? The future Alpha of Icy wolves in Alaska?" She asked. Paige nodded.

"Do you know anything more about me?" Paige asked.

"Not that know of why?" She asked looking at Paige.

"Did Ronan told you that I am his mate?" Amara's eyes widen at this. "You are Ronan's mate but Ron cannot have a mate" Amara was confused. "And why cannot he have a mate because I am standing right here" Paige was fuming now. The audacity of this girl to deny that she is his mate. "Because Ron's mate..."

"Amara Celestine Donovan Do not complete that sentence"

Amara cowered away in fear. Her eyes almost watered. He ordered her in alpha tone. He never did so. He was his brother and he never used this tone with her. She turned around and ran out of the doors of Arena. She was running aimlessly as she finally collided with a hard chest and almost fell down. But someone caught her in his arms. She gasped as she opened her eyes.
