Cami P.O.V.
The cold air hit me before I could even breathe properly. My Vans skidded across the concrete as I ran down the sidewalk in the direction that Harry was going. How the hell did he get so far in so little time?
Maybe I should stop running after him, give him some time so he can simmer down.
My feet fight against my mind as I run closer to Harry, who's know perched on a stone ledge of a down the street nieghbor. My hair billows in the growing chilly wind, and I can hear the thunder behind me.
I don't know why I'm even going after Harry, I shouldn't be after what he did to me. But everyone needs that one person who cares. Who needs somebody there for them in that time of need.
My feet skid to a halt in front of the heartbroken boy, my breath heavy, making my body shake at the cold. His head lays in his hands, his legs swinging back and forth against this stone. In the process of everything.. the fact that Harry actually has feelings has been forgotten.
"What do you want?" Harry tells through his hands, above the wind.
"I just want to make sure you're okay. You ant just run away like that you know, it's not the way to deal with your problems." I said loudly, my arms thrown up in the air for emphasis.
"You shouldn't be the one to talk." He practically chuckled, replying to me.
"What do you mean?" I feel a few droplets of water on my shoulder and realize that it's coming from the sky. Thunderstorm... great.
"You're not little miss perfect you know. You always run away from your problems, maybe you should work on that!" He yelled at me as rain started to bare down on us.
"Listen, you probably think it's the end of the world right now and I get that, but you need to go apologize to your mum Harry! That was not the way to handle things." I yell at him. As soon as I finish my little speech I feel like a bucket of water is dropped on me as the sky comes pouring down rain. My mouth drops open at the hardness of the rain, drenching me in under a few seconds.
"I don't care about what my mum does anymore, don't you get it? She can leave without me, but I refuse to leave again!" He yells at me and he hops of the wall, clenching his fists, his hair matting back down to his original curls.
My hair is already soaked as I take both my hands and rub them over my face in one swipe, trying to dry my face of water.
"Look Harry, I know this isn't the best situation right now, but-" I started but he turns around shaking his hair out if his face.
"Just shut up! You don't know anything and you certainly don't know me anymore! I'm different now can't you see? We're polar opposites. So stop pretending that you can relate to me when you just can't. Stop being a impeccable little bitch and fucking leave me alone!" He practically screamed at me, his lips spewing out the words, droplets of water forming on his lips.
I am frozen in my spot and his words run through me like venom. Polar opposites? Impeccable? Different? Am I really that oblivious to my own aura?
Oh no. I knew this would happen. He wanted a reason to stay away from me, and he found it.
Tears prick the sides of my eyes, and I wrap my arms around myself against the cold, my teeth rattling together.
"If you didn't want to be with me at all or friendly, all you had to do was say the word you narcissistic arsehole." I choke the words out and realization washes over his face after what he just sputtered out.
"That... that came out the wrong way.." He shakes his head violently as I back away slowly and trip over my own feet, falling on the wet ground below me. By now I can feel my tears mix with the rain down my face and Harry steps toward me, but I twist around, and push myself up, my feet padding down the sidewalk, racing faster then my own mind.
I don't hear footsteps behind me this time.

By the time I step in the house, an eerie silence has taken over, the thunder mixing with it, making me feel even more terrible. My mum and Anne's head are seen in the kitchen window, talking silently.
Harry isn't coming back tonight and the realization has already hit all of us.
The mascara running down my face starts to burn my eyes and I can feel my eyes starting to redden. My Vans are placed on the ground and I quietly run up the stairs and into my bathroom. The faucet is turned on, and my face is dunked in the water to try and rid the mascara.
The water starts to turn hot for some reason and I push my head out of the water, turning off the faucet. My face is as red as a tomato and I dry it quickly with a towel, when a small "tick" is heard at my window. The towel still in my hands, I walk over as it's heard again and drag open my curtain to see Louis sitting on his window seat, window opened, facing my window.
His hands gesture to the window and it's opened. Our houses are close enough we can hear each other even over the storm.
"Hey."
"Hi." I counter.
"How was the dinner?"
"Great." I lie. "How was shopping with your mum?"
"Boring, as per usual. The girls kept calling the cashier ninny and once again got grounded as soon as we got home. It was quite the crack up actually." He laughs, and shakes the fringe from his eyes. I try and crack a smile, but I keep a straight forward face.
"I wish I could of been there..." I told him, smiling slightly.
"Me too. I was wondering if instead of lunch at school tomorrow, you'd like to go to Lucy's Pizzera with me? It's about a block away from school, it's new actually." He smiled widely.
"I don't think I'm gonna be at school tomorrow. I'm not feeling too well." I lied and a pout overtook his features.
"Aw babe, I'm sorry. Do you want me to stay home too? I can fake it, bring over a couple of movies..." He tried to convince me but I just shook my head.
"No no, that's okay. I wouldn't want to get you sick. Actually I'm feeling a bit tired, in gonna go to bed. Have a goodnight." I smiled and shut the window on him before he could say anything else.
All I saw was a pout before the curtain was placed back over the window.
