7-3-14. Weight 220.5 lost 10 lbs 50 to go

Ok well last night I was as reluctant to do the Tae Bo workout but I committed to 3x a week. I love love love to walk but I didn't feel like that was cutting it so I started to look for FUN exercise videos to do along with my 2 mile a morning walk.Yes I said fun exercise video, Lol needle calling haystack right? This would have been my 3rd Tae Bo session. I was hesitant because it was laughingly brought to my attention that I sounded (my labored breathing) like I was having sex. First off if I had to work that hard to get me some I'd give it up sheesh. I don't sound like that during sex either. I have never one time counted down and 8 and 7 and 6 come on you can do it and 5 and 4 ok you get it. It was also pointed out that I could not do the moves right as if the excruciating pain shooting into my ass cheek as I attempted to do a karate kick wasn't enough.

Being laughed at is not fun. I tried dance off the pounds for dummies. Wow was that a disaster. As I guess without alcohol I am really not a good dancer and if that bitch would have said happy feet one more frikkin time......

So I remember my friend on Loseit talk about Leslie Sansone walk videos.

47 minutes. I made it 47 minutes. it wasn't easy but it was fun. I didn't feel lost or out of rythem. she was great with her instructions. I didn't care much for the music but what a great workout. when I was done I felt amazing. it didn't kick my ass ,it simply wrestled me to the floor. I love this workout so much I bought 2 of her videos on amazon this morning and can't wait to get them.
