6-4-14 weight 228.5
Up a pound again I really need to stop weighing myself everyday. Why is it that me the most organized, methodical, structured, routines kinda girl can't put away the scale.
It is as much a part of my addiction as smoking and associating routine with nicotine was.
I believe losing this weight will be harder than quitting and here is why. In my opinion and yes thank you I know they are like assholes.
After 1 week after you quit smoking all the health benefits come to the surface and continually improve each and every day with leaps and bounds.
1. You breath easier
2. You smell better
3. You save money and gain more confidence with each day.
4. Food taste better
The list goes on and on.
On your first week of dieting and exercise you are.
1. Hungry and suffering withdraw
2. Sore from working muscles you haven't worked
3. Everyone around you is eating whatever you can't have
4. Intense social pressure "common just 1 cookie"
5. Rewards come in small and sometimes non exsistant.
I'm not trying to be negative just realistic.
Last night I broke the eating after 7 rule and busted my calorie budget. Well today is a new day lunch packed and 3o min walk done.
I am going to try to stay off the scale till next week.
