A typical meal with untypical results

OMG I hate this medication I am on. I lost 4 pounds last week and gained 2? WTF! According to my calorie tracker I was 1300 calories under budget for the week so how did i loose 4 pounds = 14,000 cals anbd gain 2= 7,000 calories. I have moments when I want to quit and just say screw it. Since Janurary I have been trying and seems I need to eat even less and work out more. While at the same time I live with people who eat 3x as much and weigh 1/2 as much. Maybe I need to research farther in to PALEO eating. I cant do the ADKINS diet because I cant stick with it for life. I love fruits and veggies and everyttime I am on Adkins I lose until phase 2. It is not healthy or practical to do Phase 1 for more than 2 years. I know this because I did it for 2.5 and yes I lost 70 pounds but was so sick and looked like I was dying soooo....no thanks. I will not make my initial goal of 50 pounds this year. To be totaly honnest I am mad, feeling sorry for myself. I will keep trying because I hate my body, and feel so disgusting. I dont measure my value by all this because I am an amazing human but I want to feel sexy again and at this weight....impossible.

Lunch

1/2 tofuyan whole wheat pita with 1 pkt tuna creations (160 calories)

2 cups of fresh fruit (160)

Snack 2 granola bars = (160 cals)

Dinner

6oz sirloin broiled (300 cals)

1 cup of peas (80 cals)

1 lg apple (90 Cals)

32 oz water
