I was sitting in my bed while I put my laptop on my lap, searching for some informations that I can use for my Biology's presentation.

While I'm busy looking through some blogs, my phone ringing at the bedside table. I reach my phone which is on charging, and I see the green light at the top which means it already fully charged.

"Hello." I pick up the call without looking at the caller's name and my eyes are still on the laptop's screen.

"Hello, Abby. Do you have some time?" My fingers stop from doing anything when I hear Ryan's voice. Oh, it's him.

"Yeah, sure. Why?"

"No, I'm just wondering if you will go to the school theatre tomorrow night?" Oh, he knows about the theatre.

"Yes, I will. Because Harley will be in that theatre too. Why?"

"Can I go with you? I mean, I should have basketball's training tomorrow but it was cancelled and my mother will not be at home that evening so I think I can go and watch that theatre to buy some times. But if you already have plans with somebody else maybe your boyfriend-" I am very sensitive at that word so I cut his sentence.

"What? No! I don't have boyfriend. And I don't have plans with anybody. So, yes. If you want to go together, why not." I reply quickly.

"Ok, good. I'm glad." Glad?

"Alright, see you tomorrow then at 7.30?"

"Yeah, sure. And I'll pick you at home." Am I hearing it right that hw sounds excited or it just my mind that overthinking?

"Ok, bye. Good night."

"Good night, Abby."

When I end the call, I remember when he said, "Ok, good. I'm glad." He was glad because I don't have boyfriend or because I agreed to go with him?

What? Abby, wake up! Of course it was because I agreed to go with him. What's wrong with me.

"Harley!" I found her at the hallway.

"Hye, Abby."

"You theatre will not start until 8, right?" I ask her on our way to our lockers.

"Yes, why?"

"Just making sure. You will stay at school for the preparation?"

"Hmm, yes. I'm sorry I can't go with you." She has an apologetic face.

"No, it's okay. I'll go with....." No, I shouldn't tell her that or she will misunderstand.

"Ryan. I know." I'm shock with her answer. How did she know?

"What? He called me yesterday and asked about the theatre. So, I assume that he will ask you to go together." She continues as if she can read my mind.

"Oookay...." I don't know what to answer so I just shut my mouth before I tell her about the entire conversation.

I open my closet and think about what I should wear. Shoul I wear skirts or shorts? Or jeans? But I think jeans is the most appropriate one for night wear.

I put on a two piece black shirt and a pair of black jeans. I sit in front of the desk and start my makeup with foundation. I put some mascara and eyeliner to make my eyes look bigger. I apply my favourite lip tint and some blusher and I'm done. I try to look as simple as I can.

I decided to let my hair loose and not tie it in a ponytail

I decided to let my hair loose and not tie it in a ponytail. I curl my hair a bit at the end I'm satisfied. I didn't forget to spray my VS perfume after that.

I hear Ryan's car and take a look at the window. I take my phone, my purse, my hair tie in case I need it, my perfume and put it all in a sling bag. I rush downstairs and give my mom a goodbye before putting on my white converse and walk to Ryan's Mustang.

"Sorry, a bit late." I get into his car and put on my seatbelt.

"You still have 2 minutes before 7.30 though." He shows me his watch. I take a look at my phone and I see it's only 7.28 pm.

"Well, that means you are punctual." I say and I see that he keeps watching me.

"Ermmm. Are we going now or not?" I feel awkward so I think we should go now.

Then, he drives down my neighborhood and go to school.

When we arrive, there's already some people at school ready to watch the theatre. Luckily, we could find a parking. After Ryan parks his car, we walk together to the school hall and search for seats as it's already half full.

We decided to sit at the middle row since it will be clear to watch at that spot. There's 5 minutes more before the theatre starts. I take a look at the pamphlet we got before we get in.

"You look beautiful without the ponytail." I lift my head to look at Ryan. Did I hear him right?

"So, I didn't in the ponytail?"

"No, I mean, you look more beautiful with your hair loose." Ryan says with a smile. How can he has such attractive smile?

"Oh. Thank you, then." I feel shy actually so I decided to look at the pamphlet.

Suddenly, someone comes out behind the curtain on the stage and welcoming everyone. I guess the theatre is about to start. I'm glad I don't have to face him with my blushing face.

The theatre was fun to be honest. I really enjoyed it. And I could see that everyone else was getting out of the hall with smiles. Well, that means it was a success.

I decided to wait for Harley in case she will look for me. And Ryan also okay with that. Like what I'm thinking, I can see Harley in her costume running at me.

"Abby!!!" She gives me hug as soon as she arrives in front of me.

"Yes, it's my name. You can tell the whole world now." I am teasing her.

"So, how was the theatre?" She looks very excited.

"Are you kidding me? With you in there, it can't be any better!" I have my eyes wide with a big smile.

"Hey, I'm serious!" She gives me a slap at my hand

"Haha. Okay, okay. It seriously was fun. I could see that everyone enjoyed it very much. If you don't believe me, ask Ryan." I almost forget that he is still there.

"Yes, it was. I enjoyed it." He just gives a simple answer but that's enough to make Harley believes me.

"Oh, thank you. We did a lot of preparation for that. Glad everyone likes it. Erm, I think I need to go now. There's a lot more to do. Bye!" She waves us good bye and goes back into the hall.

"Okay, we can go now." I tell Ryan and we walk together to his car.
