"Pinnnnnn!!!!"
I heard a loud horn from my right side. My head feels light that I don't know what to react. I turn to my right and saw a car coming to me. I stun and stand there not moving.
"Abby!!!"
Suddenly, I stumble in someone's hands. He holds me tight. I shut my eyes not feeling really well to open them. I am too shocked to think.
The driver stops the car and says something to him while I'm in his embrace. I can't really get what they are talking but the last thing he says is "I'm really sorry, sir. My friend is under the weather. I'll make sure it won't happen again."
I open my eyes as I recognise his voice and his cologne. It must be Ryan.
He takes a look at me when the deiver drives away.
"Abby? Are you okay? Why are you walking absentmindedly? You were thinking something else." He still holds my shoulders to keep me stand still.
"I was thinking that... If... I didn't..." I don't know where am I looking and my views are blurry. I frown as my head is hurt. I hold on to Ryan's arm because my feet are not really working greatly after that incident.
"Abby? What happened? Why are you like this? Abby? Can you hear me?"
The next thing I realize, Ryan is holding my waist to lift me up bridal style and I see everything goes dark.

I don't know what to do. I want to scream but my voice doesn't come out. I run to my brother who has blood covering his face.
"Allan!" I wake up to that dream again. No need to say, my forehead is really sweaty, my breathing is really heavy and I can't help but shed tears.
"Abby. Hey, are you okay?" I heard Ryan's voice from my door and he comes into my room bringing a glass of water.
He puts the glass on the bedside table and sits beside me. I don't know what I look like but I'm crying my eyes out.
I don't know what to think but the next thing I do is, I hug him.

Ryan's POV.
"I'll take this water to her room just in case she wakes up thirsty." I say to Aunt Emma.
Aunt Emma who is still cooking chicken porridge just nod at me.
I was jogging this morning at the park while is was still early to go to Abby's house. Mom told me to give the plant's seed to Aunt Emma so I decided to jog first.
When I arrived in front of her house, I was calling for her from across the street but she didn't look at me like she was thinking about something. Luckily, I was fast to catch her before the car hit her while she's crossing the road. I brought her in and decided to wait until she's awake.
I walk to her room with the water. I hope she's getting a good rest. When I reached her doorknob, I hear her scream. I don't know what but I know she's awake.
"Abby. Hey, are you okay?" I close the door behind me and immediately put the glass, sitting beside her when I see that she's crying.
As soon as I sit beside her, she hugs me. She wraps her hands around my neck and pulls me close.
"It's not my fault. It's not my fault. I swear it's not my fault. I didn't know that would happen." She says while crying. I never seen her this sad.
Immediately, I hugs her back and holds her waist tight. I don't know what she's talking about but I think I need to give her some support. I stroke her back repeatedly.
"Yes, it's not. It's not your fault. You are okay with me here. Just calm down and take a deep breath."
She takes a deep breath as I told her but still crying. She is sweating and I think she had a bad dream. I shouldn't let her alone just now.
"Okay, just cry if you want to cry. I'll be here. It's okay. It's not your fault." She still hasn't let me go but hugs me tighter instead.
It's my first time seeing her this sad. She always been the relax one and never shows her weakness. I feel sad just seeing her like this.
2 minutes passed and she still hugs me but her crying is getting slower. I just hear her sobs. I decide to wait until she is truly okay before saying anything.
Suddenly, she looses her grip from me. She lets me go and wipe her face with her hands.
"Are you feeling better now?" I hold her shoulders to make sure she's sitting right.
"Hmmm, yes. I... I think so. I'm sorry I-" she says with unclear voice after she was crying just now.
"No, no. It's okay. Do you want some water?" I hand her the water and she takes a sip of it. I tuck her hair behind her ear.
"Thank you. I feel better. I really do." She gives me the water back.
"No problem. Your mom is downstairs, cooking. If you want me to call her, just tell me."
"No,no. Just let her. I don't want her to worry more." She holds my hand. So, I decide to just sit there.
"Okay, but you need to rest. You are not fully okay. So, have some sleep."
She lie down again not leaving my hand. I take her blanket to cover her so she won't feel cold.
"Can you stay with me here? I don't want to be alone." She lie on her right side facing me. She takes my other hand to make sure I'm not leaving her.
"Of course. I will stay here. Now, sleep." I take my left hand and stroke her hair. My right hand is still in her smaller hands.
She nods and shuts her eyes. I lean myself at her bed's headboard while still stroking her hair to make her sleep easier.
When she's not moving I know she's sleeping. I take a tissue from the bedside table and wipe her tears. She looks so fragile right now. I don't have the heart to leave her.
Her hands are still holding my right hand. Slowly, I intertwine my fingers with hers. I smile looking at how her small hand fits mine.
Just couples of minutes ago, this room was filled with her crying. Now, she is sleeping peacefully. I just leaning there while looking at her sleeping face. I caress her cheek and she moves a little at that.
She looks beautiful even after crying.
