"Hailey, wake up," someone's voice coos to me. My eyes flutter open to see Kyle. His hair perfectly messed up.

"What?" I moan, snuggling down into the blanket.

"We need to go to school. Come on, get up," he persists, taking the blanket off me.

I groan in response. "If I wasn't so tired, I would rip your balls out from your body so you would understand the pain you are putting me through," I mutter. I hear him chuckle.

"Just get up please. Kathy already has came in here like three times."

I moan and climb off my bed. Walking into the bathroom, I hop into the shower.

"Hailey?" Kyle asks, just as I'm about to get in.

"What? I'm naked and cold, so hurry up," I snap.

I can hear his smirk. "Just making sure you okay."

I roll my eyes. "Asshole!"

He laughs.

After I get out of the shower, I dry myself off with a towel. Wrapping it around my body, I step into my room.

"Well, that's sexy," Kyle says, laying on my bed, now in a sweatshirt and shorts.

I roll my eyes and stick out my tongue. "Shut up." I try to hide the warmth growing to my cheeks.

I grab a pair of my high rise jeans and a T-shirt.

"Turn around," I tell Kyle. He gives me a look, but covers his head with my blanket.

After getting on my undergarments, I slide on pants on, buttoning them up.

"Nice blue bra," Kyle says, from under the blanket.

"Kyle!" I yell. He chuckles. I throw my damp towel at him and he shuts up.

I quickly put my California T-shirt on. It's a V-neck, but I don't feel like putting a tank under it.

"There," I say.

Kyle comes up from under the blanket, smiling like crazy.

I punch his arm hard, before walking into the bathroom.

"Owe!" He whines.

"Oh shut it," I joke, smirking. He chuckles, leaning against the door frame, watching as I pull my hair up into a messy bun.

"What?" I ask at last, feeling weird that he is just staring at me. He shrugs.

"Nothing, just watching you," he answers.

"And that isn't weird?"

"Not when it's you."

"And why is that?" I challenge.

"Because you are mine," he answers, a smug look on his lips.

I just roll my eyes and sigh. I can't help but feel the flutter my heart does when he says stuff like that. That's not okay.

"I'm ready whenever you are," I tell him, sliding my black Converse on my feet.

Within 10 minutes, we are parked in the school parking lot.

I catch girls staring at me, but quickly looking away. I must have a good reputation here already.

Kyle grabs my hand as we walk to the school. I try to pull away, but he holds on tighter.

"Let go of me," I hiss. He turns to me and smiles.

"Just go along with it. Okay?" He says, flashing me that big grin. I glare at him, looking down at our hands.

"You owe me superstar," I mutter and continue to walk.

We pass Zach and I can almost feel his glare going through my soul.

That is, if I had one.
