I must've spaced out because I didnt notice Alex was standing right in front of me. My head was pounding and I felt dizzy.

"You ok?" asked Alex

"Yeah....... my head just hurts." I replied

"Sorry, was it my fault?" asked James

"No, its nothing." I said softly

"That wasn't 'nothing'" Savi said

"You screamed for someone to wait." said Gabe

"Evan." I called

"What is it?" replied Evan

"I need you to take me somewhere." I said

"Wait let me take you!" exclaimed Cam and James

"Why Evan?" asked Gabe

"Just because......... Evan will gou?"I said

"Yeah, ok I guess we are ditching school today." he replied

"Thanks" I say

We left the group, but I could tell that Cam, James, and Alex were following us. We exited the school and walked down the street.

"You don't have a car?" I asked

"No I don't." he sighed

"Then how did we get to the arcade?" I asked

"Arcade? Oh the day of the party we took a taxi." he resonded

"Can't you just fly us there?" I asked

"Ah right. Where are we going?" asked Evan

"To my brother's church." I replied

"got it" he said

As we rounded a corner I saw Cam, James and Alex hiding behind a bush. Once we were out of their site, Evan spread his wings and grabbed hold of my waist. With a flap of his wings we took off into the air. It was a quick flight. We arrived within 6 minutes. Evan lets me go and we go in from the back door. We saw Vincent unpacking a bag as we walked in.

"How did you know I was here?" Vincent asked without turning around

"I don't know, I just did." I replied

he sighed and Evan asked "Is this your brother?"

I nodded and at the sound of Evan's voice, Vincent swiftly turned around.

"Who's this? Where is that idiot James?" asked Vincent slightly annoyed

"This is Evan, he's a fallen angel and James was left behind at school." I say

"Fallen angel?" he repeated

"Yeah and then besides the reaper, there's the angel." replied Evan

"Wait, so you now have angel, fallen angel, and reaper. Can it be......" mumbled Vincent.

"What is it?" I asked

"Come with me." he motions us

We all stop when we hear the flapping of wings. Then there were footsteps and Vincent grabbed a gun. Vincent almost pulled the trigger when the door flew open. I let out a sigh when I saw it was just Cam and James.

"You guys almost gave me a heart attack!" I yelled

"Sorry, we were worried." Replied Cam

"It's fine being scared from time to time." added James with his usual poker face.

"It's fine because you apologized and James's eyes did the apologizing." I smirk

"This is the angel?" asked Vincent

"Yeah, this is Cam." I introduced

"Come with me, all of you." he orders

He leads us into a room with a giant book shelf. We all surrounded the tabel where Vincent placed an old looking book. He turned it to a page with a picture of a colorful stone.

"This is the colored jewel." explained Vincent

"Colored jewel?" repeated James

"The jewel had the power to change the world from having heaven rule everything to hell, to humanity." he said

"And what does that have to so with anything? It doesn't exist anymore........ right?" Cam asked

"The heavens destroyed the jewel to prevent evil to rule over everything.... or at least they thought they did. Fragments were absorbed into the body of a child. She grew up and married a man from hell that caused the dark ages." he explains

"Wait a minute, the dark ages happened because a woman with fragments of the jewel married a demon?" asked Evan

"Yes. Hell took over and the fragments were passed on to someone else until a person the fragments thought to be neutral is chosen." he continued

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Basically they pick people who don't care about going to heaven, hell, and see the wirld in a different way. The person picked has to decide who will rule next, every hundred years or so. They give you two representatives for each kingdom. The kingdom of Heaven, the kingdom of hell, and the kingdom of humanity. They are brought to the jewel without knowing it themselves." He explained

"And you think Gienelle may be the next to decide who will rule?" asked Cam

Vincent nodded and continued "I think Cam and Evan are  the representative for heaven and James for humanity."

"There will be six right? I only have three." I added

Make that four Gienelle. I have escaped and on my way there.

"I guess four then" I said sadly

"Yes, I think Alex may also be a representative for humanity." agreed Vincent

"Oh great." James said annoyed

"No. I wasn't talking about Alex." I said

Confused Evan asked for Vincent " Then who were you talking about?"

I shake my head and replied "I don't know his name."

No! Don't tell them about me yet! They can't know.

"Nevermind I was just hoping that a cute guy I met would be one of them!" I lied

Why can't they know.  At least tell ME your name.

I'll explain when you're alone. And my name is Luke.  I could practically hear him smile

Everybody was looking at me strangely when I looked around. I didn't realize that I had spaced out while talking to Luke.

"Are you sure that your ok?" asked Evan

"Yeah, what's going on?" added Cam

"Is there something that you aren't telling us?" continued James.

"I-I....." I stammer

"Stop it!" yelled Vincent "When she is ready to tell us she will."

I suddenly felt a sharp pain on my left hand. I saw it glow a faint red. The guys were bickering about me as I saw a sword being printed onto my hand. Frightened I gasp and shove my hand into my pocket. The guys looked at me with concern.

"What is it?" asked Vincent

Panicking inside I smiled sweetly. What should I say?

Tell them you forgot something at home.

Great idea

"I-I forgot something at home. I need to go get it." I say as I backed away slowly

"let me go with you." suggested Cam

Tell him no! I want to talk to you!

"No! I mean thanks, but I want to go clear my head" I replied

I could feel their stares on my back as I left the church.
