Falling for them all

Awakening

"Gienelle!" I heard James call

No! I won't let the darkness consume me. My consciousness pulled free from it and I regain control. My back began to burn and I screamed in pain. It was the worst thing I've ever felt. White feathers and blue fire became visible. I had an angel wing and a demon wing. I slowly moved them as I adjusted to them and figured out how to use them.

"Hurry and grab her! She's awakening!" one of the reapers cried

Many of the reapers change from fighting everyone else to heading towards me.

"Gen!"Evan yelled as he tried to make his way over "Gabe cover me!"

Evan and Gabe struggle to make their way to me as I get surrounded. Evan is shooting at anyone in his way and Gabe is cutting down reapers from his blind spots.

I wasn't going to get caught. I flew up into the air and concentrated on burning up the reapers. The all turned up in flames one by one, slowly burning into a crisp.

They panicked and dragged other away. My allies cursed at them as they ran. I was up pretty high and everything looked beautiful. I unconsciously grabbed my necklace. I gasp as I see a vision and begin falling.

I see my mom cooking dinner in the kitchen while humming her favorite song while dad is in the living room watching TV. There is a knock on the door and dad gets up to answer it. When he opened the door an angel cut him across his chest and he cried in pain. Mom screams when she saw blood and the other angel speed twords her. He stabbed her in her stomach and twisted it.

I was inches of hitting the ground when I regained control and hovered. Everyone was in panic to have seen me fall. Cam,Evan, and James had stopped heading towards me when they saw that I was ok. My visions haven't been wrong so far. I grew worried.

"Gienelle, What's wrong!?" yelled Luke

"Go Gienelle!" Mark said as if reading my mind

I nodded and flew to my house as fast as I could. I hope I can make it in time to save them.
