Your heartbeat told me once,
That you were afraid you'd lose me.
That someone else might be mine,
That your space in my heart is history.
You should really know, that all the galaxies we've danced in,
And all the stars we swam across,
None of it would've been fun,
If it wasn't for your part.
What did I do in my past life,
That made the Heavens deem me worthy?
To have you by my side.
And for you to let me be.
Only your hands can pull the strings of my heart,
For them to form such a rhyme.
A rhyme that's melody shall be heard,
Beyond the places under the sky.
Only you can be you to me,
And the falling leaves shall not change our spring.
This part of my heart is for you only.
And only you will hear the song it sings.
Even when you'll leave me,
However low of a possibility it may be,
This part of my heart, belongs to you only.
Anyone else shall be treated differently.
But I know that you'll be there,
Till we meet the ends of time.
And all the little things I see till then,
Will remind me of you and your hands in mine.
And I know, for sure,
That you can never really be replaced,
Because there is only one person like you,
And that person goes by your name.

I HAVE TAKEN A TWO WEEK BREAK BECAUSE I BELIEVED THAT I SHOULD TAKE TIME IN DELIVERING A STATE OF THE ART POEM THAT- yea I'm kidding. I literally wrote this in half an hour XD And to explain my absence.... I... was not able think of something to write a poem on :)
