(Hutton) 5:00 am
My alarm goes off at its normal time, five, and I quickly spring out of bed, and get changed into my uniform, preparing for work.

I'm patrolling the halls today, which is convenient for what I'm about to do.
I just really hope I don't get caught.
I also want to make it out alive...so...

I sneak out the door, and I stead of going right, I go left.

I stand tall, my head up, trying to act as if everything is okay.
I spin my gun in my hands, whistling as I walk.
I reach Rue's locked door, and I reach I to my pocket to get my keys, only to realize that their not there.

I pat all my pockets.
Still nothing.
I cheek my sweater.
Nothing.

"Crap!"

I twist the doorknob and find its still locked.
Then the the door opens in the inside, and Rue stands there.

She lifts her arm, and tossed me my keys back. I barely catch it.

"What!?"
She smiles.
"I may have stole your keys, and then went exploring."
"When!?"

"When we were walking, I may have stole them."

I scratch the back of my neck.
"How?"

"Simple, when you weren't looking, I just snatched it from your pocket, and when you started talking I put it in my pocket.
I didn't know if I could trust you, so I took them, then when you said you wanted to help me, I just decided, screw it, I'm keeping it."

"So, are we..."
She lowers her voice.
"Leaving now?"

I nod, "I have a pretty good idea on getting out."

"Okay, so do I."
She looks at her hands.
"Tie my hands up," she says to me.

My eyebrows furrow together.

"Just do it."

I tie her hands in a thick rope all guards carry around, and then whisper in her ear.
"What now?"

"You navigate us out of here, and I help. Our...uncle...will be in the ship, I'm guessing, so we need to get there. But first, you have to get this thing off."
She points to the thin metal bracelet on her wrist.

I forgot about that.

"I can't exit the building without taking this off."

"Yeah, I know," I say.

I pull her by the rope on her hands, passed doors and hallways.

"Where are we going?" She asks.
"I'm taking you to a place where you can get that thing off," I say.

"How long do we have to walk?" She asks.

"Not far, the wind will carry us the rest of the way. Your not the only one with the different abilities."

Once I finally sense a gust, I coil it around my wrist.
The wind sweeps us away.
