As a child I grew up watching Peter Pan. He is a boy who never grows old and he can fly. I am always amazed with him because he can fly to every destination in Neverland. Then he met Wendy who made him fall in love. But throughout the story, Peter would always manifest childish attitudes that summarizes in his famous line: 'I don't want to grow up'. Well, as we grow old we realize what he meant by that. People are afraid to grow old that is why they also forget to grow up in maturity and responsibility.

I never call this stage as just moving on; I call it GROWING UP stage. For moving on is just moving forward and leaving the situation but sometimes forgetting the lessons it taught us. Moving on is not about forgetting what happened, rather it is learning from what had happen. Hence, you have grown up. It should have taught you valuable life lesson, ponder and reflect, realize, think critical, be optimistic, committed, independent, accepting and embracing the situation and love more of yourself and the people around you. These things should not be forgotten in your heart. These things should've made you strong and courageous not weak and feeble. They should've made you better and not bitter. They should've made you wiser and not dumber and should have made you appreciate and value yourself more. They should've made you grow, flower and blossom as a person; a better version of yourself.

This process is a beautiful process yet painful since all beautiful lessons are learned the hard way through agonizing experience. Never let hate and anger reign in your heart. Your heart should be forgiving and humble. God is telling us something through our life so we better listen. We can never learn with a close heart and mind. Both should be open and responsive to what lessons we can get from this. God will never give you something that is beyond your capacity. Trust in Him. Have faith in Him for His will are always the best. It is always meant for you to make you a better person. A flower will never grow and bloom on just sunny weather; it needs a little rain that will make it more beautiful and strong. Hopefully, this experience made you bend your knees in prayer. A total surrender to His will and submitted to His guidance. He will never forsake His precious child that is so dear to Him.

Confidently, I pray that this experience taught you how to love properly. That love is not one sided but mutual. That in order to be loved you must first love yourself and in loving you don't lose yourself rather you discover yourself even further. Never get tired of loving. For in loving we become who we are meant to be. The best.

Bible Verse of the day:

2 Timothy 2: 22 – 26

22 So turn from youthful desires and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord with purity of heart.

23 Avoid foolish and ignorant debates, for you know that they breed quarrels.

24 A slave of the Lord should not quarrel, but should be gentle with everyone, able to teach, tolerant,

25 correcting opponents with kindness. It may be that God will grant them repentance that leads to knowledge of the truth,

26 and that they may return to their senses out of the devil's snare, where they are entrapped by him, for his will.
