After another day of boring classes, Eyeball walked to Ace's dodge and waited for the rest of the Cobras. He couldn't stop thinking about (Y/N) though and how upset she was.

Although he wasn't much for showing it, Eyeball had a big crush on (Y/N). Even when he had tried to get rid of it, her presence would make him feel weird inside. The feelings simply wouldn't go away.

Guilt bit at his insides, knowing that his terrible attempt to get her attention had failed miserably. All he really wanted to do was to ask her out.

"Eyeball, Eyeball! Man, you're spazzing out."

Ace was snapping in front of Eyeball's face when he had snapped out of his thoughts.

"Dude, why do you look like you have a dick up your ass? What's up?"

Eyeball turned to Ace, who surprisingly looked concerned for his longtime friend.

"Ace, I wanna ask (Y/N) out."

Ace pulled a cigarette out for himself and lit it slowly.

"No shit?"

"Shit. I feel like crap for talking to her like that. I just wanted to get her attention."

Ace let out a drag of white smoke from his lips. Far from the two, he could spot Billy and Charlie walking slowly to the dodge.

Fuckin' fags.

"Hey, princesses! Are you guys coming or what? We don't have all day, y'know!"

Ace hollered at the two and then turned back to Eyeball.

"Well, I don't know, man. Make one wrong move and she'll kick your balls."

"Haha, very funny."

"No, no, I'm quite serious."

Silence engulfed Eyeball and Ace as Billy and Charlie took their time walking.

"Hang on," said Ace, "I think I might have an idea..."

....

Your pounding headache didn't make things better when the bell to dismiss us from a long Monday rang.

You grumbled and picked up your bag. Before you could make a quick escape back home, a kid that you never actually talked to tapped my shoulder.

"(Y/N)? This is for you."

You take a small crumpled piece of gum wrapping paper from the kid and open it slowly.

(Y/N),

I'm a big fucking asshole, I know. I'm really sorry.
Please allow me to apologize. Meet me in front of the school, near the staircases.

- Eyeball (Richard C.)

Eyeball!

Your stomach turns at the thought of having to see him again, but you have no choice.
