I.N. sat behind the long table, letting the staff brief them on the rules and whatnot.  He sighed.  Everyone who came to the fan signs was usually older than him.  And they had biases like the ever-so-confident Changbin or the handsome Chan or the professional biaswrecker Jisung.  He felt like a little kid, and as much as he liked the attention, he didn't like being babied constantly.

The crowd started filing into the large room, forming cue lines.  I.N. drummed his fingers on the table, eyeing the fans who were holding posters of their favorites.  He didn't see a single sign with his name on it.  That wasn't surprising as sad as it was.  I.N. should just be content with the fact that he had debuted.

When the fans slid to the spot in front of him, they said things like "aww, you're so cute!" or "you'll always be Stray Kids' baby!"

He politely smiled, signing their albums and posters of the other members before they hurriedly scrambled down the line.  He stared at the ceiling, wishing he was as talented a dancer as Minho, or princely-looking like Hyunjin.  Even an Australian accent would do!

Then all of a sudden, you sat in front of him.  You too don braces and a gummy smile.

"Hi," you said shyly, blushing a furious shade of pink.

Jeongin melted at your greeting.  "Hello!  Don't be shy!  Who's your bias?"

"You," you said quietly, and I.N.'s eyes widened cutely in surprise.

"ME?" he blinked a couple times.  "But why?  I'm not talented like the others."

You shook your head vigorously.  "Of course you are!  You know, you're a year older than me, but you've done so much.  You've gone through a debut survival show, you left your family to train, and now you've debuted!  Not many people your age have done that!  And no matter what happens, you always keep such a happy smile on your face."

I.N.'s mouth twisted into the same smile you had just described.  "Really?  You really think all that about me??"

"Of course!  I mean, I watched you on the debut survival program, and you have improved so much since then!  And you've even gotten more handsome," you blushed.

Handsome.  Not many fans used that term to describe I.N.

One of the staff, gestured for you to move along, and you sighed, waving at I.N., but he quickly grabbed your hands and handed you a scrap of paper.

"I trust you," he said slowly before you slid away to Lee Know.

During the concert that followed the fan meet, I.N. was able to spot you easily amongst the thousands of fans.  You cheered, singing along and smiling like you didn't have a care in the world.  When you got home, you unfolded the piece of paper.  There was a phone number messily scribbled in blue ink, and you almost collapsed.  There was no way I.N. had given you his actual phone number.

You remembered the way he had grabbed your hands and intensely looked you straight in the eyes.  I trust you he had said.

You texted the number, not sure if it was actually I.N.'s, and seconds later, there was a response.

I.N.: Hey, I know you probably think this isn't me, but I promise it is.  I know I'm also not supposed to give my number out, but I really wanted to keep talking to you.  Please keep my number a secret.

You: Of course I will!  Wait, can you really prove that you're I.N.?

I.N.

You: OMG!!!  It's actually you!

I.N.: I hope we can keep talking and be friends :)

You ended up getting invited to the dorm Stray Kids stayed at.  Most of the members remembered you from the fan sign, and they all winked at Jeongin, nudging him like they knew something you didn't.

You weren't sure what was in store for you and your favorite idol, but all you knew was that life was just that simple, and you wouldn't have it any other way.

A/N: I know Jeongin is adorable and cute, but I suddenly got inspired to write this after seeing his duality.  Here's what I mean...

Question of the imagine: What would you say to your Stray Kids bias if you ever met them???  For me, I would first have to figure out who my actual bias is, but I would tell them how hardworking are and how dedicated they must be to never give up ...
