Chapter 35.

Skip A Month

Tonight is the night where Jughead and I are throwing a party at Whyte Wyrm for FP's retirement. Let's just hope that tonight there is no drama.

I walk into the bar and see Sweet Pea standing near the pool tables. Sweet Pea greets me and I peck his lips.

"Damn, you look... amazing" Sweet Pea says, looking at my outfit, and I feel my cheeks heating up.

"Thank you" I reply, smiling, and he smiles back.

It's time for Veronica and Archie to sing 'Mad World' together in front of everyone and they go onto the small stage. Lately, those two have been acting weird around each other, but I don't know why. The music starts and Archie starts singing his part, then Ronnie sings hers, then they both sing the chorus. It looks like Veronica is about to cry and all of a sudden she runs off stage passing me.

"Veronica" Archie yells and walks off stage to find Veronica.

Everyone starts booing, including Sweet Pea, who is standing with Jughead and Betty against one of the pool tables. I look at Betty worried and take a deep breath. I walk onto the stage and walk up to one of the microphones. Everyone goes silent and the music continues playing. I start to sing the song while looking down at the ground and Sweet Pea looks at me amazed. I look up making eye contact with Sweet Pea and I slowly unbutton my shirt and take it off, revealing the black, lace, lingerie, crop top that I am wearing.

I see Sweet Pea's face turn into a shocked look and he stands up straight from leaning against the pool table. I continue singing and Jughead and Betty look at me with a look that I can't explain, well Jug is pretty much watching his little sister strip.

I slowly run my hands up my body and through my hair, in time with the music, and wink at Sweet Pea. I see a small smile creep onto his face and everyone starts cheering.

The song finally finishes and everyone starts clapping after my dad started clapping. I smile and dad walks onto the stage.

"THAT'S MY GIRL!" Sweet Pea yells and throws his fist in the air.

"Give it up for my daughter, Karisma" Dad says into the microphone, causing everyone to cheer, and I walk off stage.

As I walk around the bar, Sweet Pea walks up to me and I expect him to start lecturing me about what I just did in front of everyone, but instead, he cups my cheeks and kisses me. I kiss back, grabbing the lapels of his Serpent jacket, and hear someone yell. "Get it Sweet Pea!".

We pull away from the kiss, well... slight make out, and I rest my head on Sweet Pea's chest, laughing at what the person yelled. I walk to the bar, where Toni is working and sit down on one of the stools.

"Damn girl, you fucking killed that performance. I'm bisexual and I would date you if you weren't taken by Pea" Toni says, smiling.

"Thank you" I reply, laughing.

"Is there anything I can get you?" Toni asks, politely, and I shake my head.

"No thanks, T" I answer, running my hand through my dirty blonde hair.

As I sit at the bar by myself, I feel someone put their arm around my shoulders and I look beside me to see it's Sweet Pea.

"That was fucking hot and no one here knew you can sing," he says, sitting down next to me, after talking to my dad.

"Thank you and I had to do something" I reply, look around to see Jughead talking to dad.

"Well everyone loved it, you should do it more often," Sweet Pea says. "Then I'll get to see you dance like that more often."

"Wanna get out of here?" Sweet Pea whispers in my ear and I nod.
